Dr. Hamada and his wonderful staff at Royalty Dental are amazing. He is very knowledgeable and makes going to the dentist a piece of cake. My entire family household loves going to him for all our dental needs. He does everything with ease and makes you very comfortable. He explains all procedures AND IT DOESN’T HURT. My seven year old loves going to the dentist and is not afraid. Dr. Hamada and his staff at Royalty Dental have patients for life. They are a world class dental team.

Great experience!!! I went for my first time this past Friday. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Hamada treated me well. I felt comfortable through the whole process and was attended promptly and properly. I will definitely be coming here for my dental needs.

The dentist and staff is really nice but I dont see how they get new customers. I was a customer and gave them $1,000 payment toward the down payment for a procedure but when I called to make another payment for a week and a half I called multiple times during office ours and no one answered. I left messages and did not get a call back so when I left a nasty message because I was like you cant have $1,000 of my money and not answer the phone or return my message then they finally called me back and claim they did not get any of my calls or message at that point I was just like give me my money back so I can go somewhere else. It is a shame when Im friendly and asking to be called back they didnt respond but when I leave a nasty message I get a call back. I dont want to be nasty but that is what got me results. Be careful when making a down payment for a procedure because most of the time they do not answer or return calls.

If you hate going to the dentist, this is the dentist you need. Dr. Hamada and staff are amazing. The self-pay rates are better than anywhere else, the staff is extremely helpful and will always get you the proper receipts/records to send to your insurance, and Dr. Hamada prioritizes patient comfort far more than other dentists. He was able to remove two of my wisdom teeth without sending me to an oral surgeon, saving us tons of money. Every visit is fast and efficient, and the rooms always look and smell clean. Friendly, professional, and as pain-free as youll find.

Absolutely wonderful! He makes you feel like you are at home EVERY VISIT! He not only does magnificent work he genuinely cares about each and every patient! My children have come to him and now me. I am a LIFE LONG PATIENT. And not to mention after hours he calls to check on you and make sure your feeling okay. Definitely not enough stars on here to give what him and his staff truly deserve!

Dr. Himada is a hidden gem and to say he is nothing less than amazing would be an understatement. I was referred to Dr. Himada by my husband. Dr. Hamada was friendly, honest, humble and quite funny! I had to get a root canal done and was very nervous going in due to the horror stories other people had told me but he did an amazing job and I felt almost no pain, the worst part was probably the anesthesia and even that felt like a slight pinch. Recently had a problem with a filling my previous dentist did. I had been back 3 times over the period of a year trying to get it fixed. I had been unable to chew on that side of my mouth for a year. I wish I had found Dr. Hamada sooner! He made me feel super comfortable on my first visit and fixed my filling right then in there! He was very thorough in explaining everything to me, was gentle, and made sure I felt no pain. Its a bonus that he has a great sense of humor! Such a great experience! Go see him, hes awesome!!!

We were generally wary of dental visits, but we actually look forward to visiting Dr. Hamada! When he gives shots, he uses a technique that makes them very tolerable. He clearly values giving his patients a positive experience. He is very attentive with a great bedside manner. He listens carefully, takes his time, and is very perceptive to his patients pain tolerance. If you show any signs of discomfort, he stops immediately and checks in with you. He doesnt just push through the procedure without regard for your comfort level. He is fabulous with our kids. His staff is friendly and helpful. They are all very conscientious and accommodating regarding insurance-based needs. We moved away and tried other dentists, only to come back to Dr. Hamada. We serously drive 2 hours round trip just to keep him as our dentist. The peace of mind and exemplary experience is totally worth the drive!

The customer service representatives at this location have poor customer service skills. I called to make an appointment, but a lady explained to me that I would need to have the location as my assigned dentist to make an appointment. I called my insurance and made the changes. Then, I called the dental office again to schedule an appointment. The same lady stated that I was not on their roster and suggested I call my insurance. I called my insurance again. They confirmed that I was assigned to Royalty Dental. I called Royalty Dental again. The same young lady insisted that I was not on the roster. Because she didnt offer any suggestions to rectify my issue, I asked to speak to someone else for assistance.An older lady got on the line and regurgitated everything the prior lady stated. Plus, she began to tell me the policies and procedures of the office. Afterwards, I told her how inconvenient the entire process had been. Finally, she provided some guidance and suggested I get an Eligibility form from the insurance company.At this point, I just figured I should find another dentist. I’ve been to dentist offices where they would assist the entire process to ensure that you get transferred to their office. This office seemed very unenthused. Im not sure if its because I have a DHMO plan or if its just the culture of the office.Eventually, I called my insurance company back and they informed me that the roster is only issued twice a month, and Royalty Dental hadnt received the updated roster with my information on it. This staff needs to learn how to be more assistive to potential clients. My call could have been resolved early on with better resolution skills.

Honestly took this place for granted, I have been going here since I moved to Texas and never have ever had an issue with them.

Getting my remaining wisdom teeth extracted today. I’ve had him remove one before and it was a breeze. No pain no blood. No need for expensive surgery. He also does teeth cleaning, and whitening.

After a terrible run in with a dentist when I was younger I developed a bad taste for the dentist, but Dr. Hamada has proven to me that all dentists are not the same. Ive seen him for an extraction, a filling, and a bridge and much to my surprise I felt comfortable after the first 5 minutes of him explaining the process. Dr. Hamada makes sure you are not in pain and that you know exactly what he is doing and what he is going to do next. I definitely suggest that anyone with dental concerns no matter how big or small go see this wonderful dentist and his awesome staff. To note: the amount of detail employed to prepare and craft a bridge that fits perfectly and has no indication that it isnt the teeth I was born with is astonishing. Amazing work altogether front of the office included. The conversation is top notch as well!

This might be a little longer than most of the reviews but I do hope people take the time to read it. I must tell you that I have been to MANY dentists throughout my life ( I am in my 60s). I have had so much work done in my mouth from root canals and crowns,implants and grafting. Some experiences have been horrific. I dont much care going to a dentist...actually, I dread it!! I was perfectly fine with the dentist I had been going to (I had become familiar with her) but my insurance changed and so I had to leave that dentist.The search for a new one was on and my nerves were getting the better of me. Through my insurance company I was told that Royalty Dental accepted my insurance so I made an appointment for a cleaning. I knew that if I wasnt comfortable I could always switch to another. Immediately, I loved the staff and Dr. Fariba made me so comfortable, acknowledged my fears and assured me that she would take good care of me. She is gentle, reassuring and so very kind...so much so that my whole family will be going to Royalty Dental. She has done two crowns with the third one being completed next week. I believe that God paired us up!! If you need a dentist please consider this one. She is the BEST I have ever had! And as I said, I have had MANY in my life time. The staff is amazing....its almost as if in ordered to be accepted as an employee there, a qualification would be that you had to be sweet, loving and gentle. Try it. You wont regret it!!! I promise!!!!

We LOVE Royalty Dental. My husband and I have been going to them for over five years. The most friendly service you will ever find. Best of all, you will start your appointment at the actual time your appointment was set. They have never ran late on us thus far. Weve gone every 6 months for cleanings, as well as, had individual fillings, crowns, etc. Each appointment, they were right on time! The dentist has the best personality. Every staff member that I came into contact with was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & professional. The Dr who treated myself & 2 young children actually allowed my 7 year old son to watch him work on my teeth. Thus encouraging dentistry as a possible profession. He also took the time to show me on my xrays & explain why 1 procedure would be more beneficial for me as opposed to the other. As well as being more cost effective. His dental assistant (I cant remember her name, but a pretty & polite Hispanic lady) was very sweet & professional as well.

As a Former U.S. Marine, I despised dentists. Most of my experiences were negative. I went in for a bridge today and had to have an extraction. I was very nervous but Dr. Hamada made my operation video quick and painless. He explained every step of the procedure and gave me full control of when I could take a break. I would recommend this location and Doctor to everyone. He is also very funny which kept me entertained.

The Doctor is excellent but the personel especially in front desk are rude. And when you call them to make an appointment its almost impossible to get one. Nobody answered calls even when you called many time in different time of a day. Then the way this staffs talk to you it feels like you owe them a lot when you can actually pay out of the pocket and had excellent dental insurance. No manners at all especially the old white lady shes rude and impossible. She thinks that I cant pay the bills. Well hello 3k I paid it full how are you? Well I havent slapped her literally but hope she will learned her lesson. Her name is Linda thats what I remembered.

Dr. H is very helpful Im afraid of shots dearly and when he went to give me my shot I never even knew he did it they just had me pay attention to somebody else and was talking to me and the next thing I knew it was done the office manager Michelle will work with you I understand theres some times that theyre booked solid but she does her best to make your appointment at your time Ive been going there for years my daughter Goes to School in Huntsville and she comes down and they work with her too I would recommend this place to anybody that is scared to go to the dentist because he is awesome

Great experience, this was my first visit and I was in and out in less than a hour. Dr. Hamada, establishes good rapport. Appointment slots are limited, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Will be back in six months.

I have had extensive dental work done by Dr. Hamada. I was very nervous at first but because he is such a great dentist he eased my fears. He did wonderful work and I would recommend him to anyone.

You wont find a better dentist. He genuinely enjoys helping people. He is very concerned that you feel no pain, and he is one of the most friendly people you will ever meet. He has done an amazing job on some difficult work for both me and my family. High quality work.
