Love it here. The staff always has a smile on their faces and always a warm welcome when you walk in. After only 2 visits they knew me by name and made it a very comfortable environment. Both doctors I’ve seen are also very experienced and care about their patients.

I brought in my two older kiddos today and got a full comprehensive workup built up for them and they were even able to get some of their work done today. My oldest had some nerves beforehand and she did great with the help of the lovely people working here. Definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the procedures, attentiveness and concern. They ensured I was not experiencing any pain/discomfort and took time to explain procedures when I had questions. As a person who has dental anxiety just walking into a dentist office, I was able to remain calm and have a pleasant experience.

I just began my treatment plan with Dr. Mehta after having my wisdom teeth removed by him about two weeks ago. The process was smooth and I felt respected through the whole process. The staff have been nothing but accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend checking them out. They are currently expanding theyre facility so its a little messy from construction but nonetheless I feel safe and well taken care of at Charm Dental.

These people are thieves!! I put a deposit for a procedure with them and when I decided to cancel and ask for refund they kept my deposit!! Their excuse was that when I had gotten my cleaning with them 2 months prior my insurance didn’t cover full amount!! Then how was I not notified??? Till after I want my refund for a different procedure 2 months later!! They also separated my wife from me to a different room and took $250 from her, for an X-ray she didn’t need!! STAY AWAY!!! And read everything they give you !!! They will take your insurance without calling them to verify coverage!!

Maria was my dental cleaner for today she did a great job. 👍 appointments are quick and do not take more than an hour from arriving to treatment then signing out. All medical and consent forms are online making it easy to access from your phone! I filled mine out at home!!!

Charm Dental in Spring,Texas off Louetta...BEST STAFF, BEST DENTIST, BEST CARE!! I went in for a routine cleaning, and a follow up of previous work. If you are like me, I avoid going to the dentist because of the drilling, and scrapping and all the other pain your mind can imagine. This location gives a new meaning to dental work. The techs were very comforting and patient, the dentist ensured I was comfortable and explained the step by step process. If you can believe it, we even laughed and joked!?! First, when I called in, on a Saturday, the first receptionist was knowledgeable and patient with my endless questions and put me at ease right away. I think her name was Mia, but I am not sure. She sent me the paperwork to fill out online to streamline my visit.The day of my visit I had cold feet and thanks to Google, a LOT more questions! The second receptionist, I believe named LaKiesha, was also very knowledgeable about the types of procedures and materials used. She understood my concerns and answered all my new questions.When I arrived, the 2 receptionists were very nice! The wait was about 2 minutes. The nurses and doctors were friendly, professional and patient. I was very happy with the way they offered to work with my insurance, to submit a plan. They took x-rays and photos and emailed them to me to review at home. I was given 2 prescriptions, and had no out of pocket expense. They offer state of the art procedures and equipment. They gave me a printout of my options with costs.I was very impressed.

I Had The Pleasure of Meeting Dr. Mehta and his wonderful sweet assistants Neda and Sabrina. They took very great care of me. They were gentle with the cleanings and taking pictures. Sabrina, informed me with a break down of different payments plans for my treatment. The Staff is super friendly. Good Energy. I Love How Dr. Mehta was very informative and detailed about my treatment plan and provided me with 3 scenarios for me to have the perfect smile so I can walk with confidence. They truly care about their patients wants and needs instead of trying to get over on clients. Dr. Mehta answered all my questions and concerns with honesty and I respect that a lot. Dr. Shah and the team are awesome. Love that she’s super patient and doesn’t just make recommendations on a care plan, but she listens and includes you in the process. No worries of missing any appointment and having to reschedule because multiple options of communication available to assist in confirming and scheduling a visit. Administration staff are also equipped to answer questions and will take the extra step to get further assistance if needed. Excellent choice for dental care!

First visit to Charm Dental and I think I’ve found our new family dentist. They are professionals. The whole team was very friendly. The doctor often asked how I was doing during the every step of each procedure to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell the staff actually cares about their work. I had a lot of questions for the doctor and assistant and they patiently answered them all.Also, this is the first dentist I’ve ever seen that had ceiling-mounted TVs with Netflix! I think that’s so thoughtful and took that as another indication of how much they care about the comfort and experience of their patients.

I recently made an appointment at charm dental to get zoom whitening treatment. During this pandemic charm dental is taking every precaution possible. I was very impressed with how well organized and efficient their procedure was. They begin by having you wait in your car and call you in when your room is ready. I believe I only waited less than 5 minutes. We then began prepping for the treatment. Lidia made sure I was as comfortable as possible since the treatment is about an hour long. I expressed that it is cold in the room and she brought me a clean blanket to keep me warm. She was also very attentive during the entire treatment. With zoom whitening you undergo 4 sessions of 15 minutes. It can be a bit painful at times due to sensitivity and I admired that she was always near to help me through it. I highly recommend charm dental and their zoom teeth whitening treatment. I have fairly white teeth so I didn’t think I could go much whiter, but I was mistaken. Just look at my picture for my results. :)

I started my Invisalign treatment in 2020. I had asked the doctor if Invisalign was a good option for me since I already had some neck/jaw discomfort after an accident. She said it would be completely fine and that it may also help with my jaw discomfort. After the first tray, I could already tell my pain wasn’t getting any better and might be making it worst. I went back and voiced my concerns and both doctors dismissed it and said it was part of the process and that it would get better with time. I trusted their professional opinion and just decided to finish the treatment since I had already paid over $4K for it. Long story short, after my last visit the doctor even recommend I got Botox to help with the jaw pain. 3 months after my last tray and my jaw pain has become unbearable. I had to start treatment with a TMJ specialist who said that the doctors should had never allowed the Invisalign treatment to start with as that was the cause of my TMJ pain getting worse. Although the whole staff is friendly, I would not recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re thinking on getting Invisalign.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled at this location and Valerie was great at keeping me calm and answering any questions I had! Wonderful location with very nice and professional people working there. This will definitely be my regular location for a long time.

I went here for a toothache and ended up needing an extraction. The doctor was great, and did everything she could to make the procedure as comfortable as possible! She went over all of my options for replacing the tooth in detail. The office was very nice and clean, and all of the staff that I dealt with were very kind. Ill be going to this office for all dental work going forward!

The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. So firstly the dentist doing the cleaning was very harsh when doing the cleaning. Never in my life have I had sensitive teeth but, this one was way too harsh. Secondly, if you’re an adult and have an insurance there is a $40 fee that is completely made up by the dentist. ( that should be free if it is an annual cleaning) I definitely feel like when you get your treatment plan they rush you into paying and don’t really give you much time to think it over. The prices here are very high themselves. I went out of my way to go see my normal dentist across town and there was a completely different treatment plan and half the cost. I feel as if i was scammed for money as i went to a different dentist and the stuff they diagnosed me with was not the same. I did feel gross out as when they were doing the X-Rays there were touching other object with the same gloves they were touching my mouth with big no no especially with COVID-19. The only good thing is they make you wait in your vehicle until your called next. BTW there is a review form sheet that is sent to you so, I feel like either the reviews are faked or patients feel pressured to write good reviews.

Went in today for my check-up.Called from my car to check in and they called me back when ready for me to go in (covid precautions) and they also sent me all the paperwork through text messages, MUCH EASIER!!!!! Felt very welcomed since the beginning. Neda took care of my x-rays and Dr. Mukhi did my exam. She explained everything with details. Got two fillings done, they were very careful when working on me.
