Mayra and her crew are awesome people! She is a great hair stylist! I recently had a bad experience in one of the salons near me and came all the way to Springhill by referral just to see her. She was able to repair my hair and give me a beautiful hair cut. It was totally worth the drive.

I personally have had the experience of Having both Mother and Daughter do beauty services. This.is by far of the best Hair and Spa Salon i have ever had the pleasure going to, i would highly recommend this fantastic Group of Women. I will be a long time customer that is for sure. 1st time client everyone was nice, friendly and professional at all times. I received the works. Blowout on natural hair, medicure and pedicure. I havent had a nice manicure and pedicure on years. I received gel polish with diamonds as a pedicure. I let the ladies did whatever they wanted. I just wanted to be pampered and look nice.I loved the service I received i will be going back.

Have been going here now for eight years. I am a Canadian and have Mayra color and highlight my hair every year. She is the best I have ever encountered. Be prepared to be there for three to four hours if you are in for color, cut and highlights. She is absolutely amazing.

I only come to Florida twice a year, but every time I make sure to get my hair cut here. The wait can be long, but its absolutely worth it. Mayra does a fabulous job.

Ive been getting highlights and colors for years now. Mayra is by far the best Ive ever experienced. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. She knows color like the back of her hand. My hair was screaming for a cut...but my brain was saying but you dont know who to trust in Brooksville! So I decided to ask my dentist who shed recommend (while sitting in her chair). She told me about Mayras! So glad she did! Great cuts, good prices and really nice people! English is not first language but no problem communicating. Mayras is the only place for me!! They are not honest people when you arrive they say one price and when you are going to pay they say another. It turns out that I took the dye that I bought and just by applying it they told me that they would charge me 30 and when I paid they told me that they were 40. The truth is that I do not recommend them at all, they lack seriousness and respect for customers.

An excellent place to treat, dye, style, condition, wash and trim hair. The Staff are very friendly and attentive.

To start I went the day before the appointment to check availability and price, the lady checks my daughters hair (she touches it, sees the volume of hair, length, etc). My daughter says she wants highlights, the lady asks if she wants to cut and blower and my daughter says she wants to cut the ends and blower. The lady answers that it has a cost of $ 150 and we proceed to make the appointment. On the day of the appointment (the next day at 4:30 p.m. they tell me that it is late that it will take 30 to 35 minutes and they asked us if we wanted to change the appointment for another day (seriously?) My daughter decided to stay and wait and they started 45 minutes late, they started around 5:15 pm and we left at 8:30 pm They charged us before 7:00 pm and they indicated that the cut has an additional cost of $ 15 (QUEEE?) The previous day they told us a price and the day of service they tell us another.Although the work was acceptable (not as we wanted it to be) the service did not meet my expectations.

Well, I am going to tell you a bit about my experience in the Mayra Salon, I come from Ecuador, I have been living in Brooksville for 2 years, but we frequently visit Orlando and on the days we go to Orlando with my husband, we would go to the hairdresser where he is already a client, but I I wanted to have something closer to someone where I can go while my husband is working and relax and feel in a place like home and I started to search first, consult the internet where I saw the Reviews and I had a good score and very good comments in this room but I felt that Something else was missing to convince me to go as I am studying English, I asked between several people and two knew how to say that they were going to the Salon Mayra, it was what I needed to hear to cheer me up because I am a person obsessed with my hair and I fear that it will be damaged Well, finally I was encouraged and I made my appointment for Friday April 27, 2018 and I went with suspicion to spend 3 hours there while they made my dye and I took the opportunity to see the work they did They saw each person with a cut, a hairstyle, a tint, and their home work prettier than another, even so, they continued with a little fear if they were correct in changing the person of Orlando, since he is also excellent, the moment came that they washed my hair they applied a treatment then they cut and brushed me and then a little iron and I was really happy and happy with the final result, I can say that in all the time I spent there I felt at home the attention of all the staff They are all excellent, they are all kind, I made myself deal directly with Mayra, the owner, an incredible person and I saw the work of the other girls, who, by the way, very good, I think they are all very well trained the day before that, I also took turns for Manicure and Pedicure. and I can say that I left very happy so I recommend this place 100% I am happy with my hair I think I have put it in the best hands and from now on I will become one more client of this lounge that by the way have many clients the only thing that touched me was to wait and spend several hours I think because it was Friday but I think that in the end it was worth it 👍🏻 I congratulate you and continue with that quality of service because you know what you are doing👌
