Kristina is very welcoming as soon as you step in the door. She is knowledgeable on the products and services too! She made sure I was signed up for the right wax passes to make sure I am saving money on my services. Liz is awesome as a waxing specialist. You wouldn’t think we would laugh as much as we do while she is removing my unwanted hair. But we do! She makes what could be an awkward situation, comfortable. I highly recommend her for all of your waxing needs!

I couldn’t have asked for a better first waxing experience. i was super nervous about it after being told by another establishment that they couldn’t wax plus size. i had CASEY and she was wonderful!! she walked me through what she was doing, why she was doing it, a brief idea of pain wise where it would compare to other spots. i felt completely comfortable the entire time from the moment i walked in until i left. body positive, gender inclusive, and professional. the front desk woman KACIE was so helpful, and neither were pushy with product. (i did purchase some though!)if you’re plus size, and looking for somewhere to feel comfortable, i recommend booking with casey. thank you guys!!

Harmony did my brows exactly how I wanted, and Kristina was very kind.

During my Brazilian, the wax kept getting stuck and ripping over very sensitive areas. However, on the left side, it was by far the worst. 4 times, she put more wax over the large, stuck peice with no success. Then, she tried to rip the chunk of wax piece by piece, then tried to cut it off, both of which were extremely painful. I was trying to stay calm and hold back tears but was sweating profusely and shaking.She kept apologizing, saying Ill never forget this, then blamed the thickness of my hair and told me this could be prevented if I purchase the salon exfoliating wipes.After 20 mins of failed attempts, she called in her manager. While I was on the table still, they used me as a teaching moment or training. If the technician needs training, why is she working with paying clients? Finally, they got it off and had to leave patches of hair because my skin was inflamed.I was trying to stay calm to not make the technician feel bad, but she should not be working with clients. During my wax, I feared serious injury and did not feel safe.I was expecting to have my service comped and was shocked when it wasnt. So, I paid and left a tip, I really didnt know what to say.Ive had many waxes before at 8 different salons but NEVER an experience like this. This felt unsafe and reckless. Im disappointed in the training of the staff. I should not have had to experience this. I most likely wont be getting a Brazilian again... at European Wax or anywhere else.Please, please, please do your research before booking with European Wax.

Ive seen multiple wax specialists here but Jessi and Tara are phenomenal. Jessi is super knowledgeable and gave me great tips on combatting ingrown hairs which has helped me a lot. 10000% recommend.

Rude & uninviting at the front desk. No drape provided. Tech seemed annoyed & unenthused. Wax stuck to unnecessary areas. The lady that checked me out was amazing. She is the only good thing that I have to say about this place.

The most awesomest wax and experience ever!So clean, so comfortable, so professional.Dave the GSA warmly greeted me in the lobby; introduced me to everything EWC, including their products for my pre and post skin waxing care. He explained the wax pass savings plan that will save me 25% over full price waxing services. Such a deal! Why wouldn’t I want to get three waxes free if I bought nine in advance? It’s kind of idiot proof.Then, I met Jessi, my waxer. She allayed my fears about waxing. Using the four steps to smooth process, she applied a barrier and then the comfort wax. When she pulled - It was the most comfortable wax removal experience I’ve ever had. Seriously, it barely hurt. Get it, barely! Haha 😂She finished in less than 15 minutes - YES! They are speed wax specialists.She applied Ingrown Hair Serum and Wah-La! I was done.Jessi recommended a few very important skin care products, which I really appreciated.All this AND a 50% off discount for first time guests, excellent! I rebooked for 3 weeks later andI’ll be back!They have a super cool app also. How convenient! And I earn $$ for rebooking AND referring my friends and family. All the way around, like I said the most awesomeness experience ever!

The appointments tend to run late but they have a lot of employees who do good jobs. It is unfortunate that there seems to be a lot of turnover.

The staff are all super friendly and professional! I thought getting waxed by a stranger would be super awkward but it was like talking to my hair dresser that Ive known for years! The rooms are clean, and I always leave loving my results.

Ive had horrible experiences with the front of house specially your receptionist named McKenna she was very rude to both my cousin and I and made us both feel very uncomfortable. Ashley did an amazing job though and we are happy to try and see her at the other location.

Alex was so warm and welcoming, then Ashley was fantastic. She explained everything to me, was so gentle and professional. She is a very sweet gal! I ended up buying a card fir 12 more visits!

10/10 would recommend this place! This was the second time I have been to European Wax Center, the first time being the valley location. The valley location I had a horrible experience. I am a wee bit sensitive to pain and winced a few times during my wax and the lady that helped me over there made fun of me and when she wasnt able to get everything she said she wasnt going to tweeze the stray stuff because of how i was reacting and left it at that. I was so taken aback by her attitude it made me not want to go back. When I got to the North branch store i was happily greeted by the front staff, and was waxed by Alexis i believe (Lexi?) and she made me feel SO comfortable and was talking to me the whole time and was so sweet. Definitely made me want to always go back to that store, thank you for your professionalism and for being a nice human being :)

I’m so happy EWC opened a location on the northside. Today I saw Ashley for a Brazilian and she was impressive. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. She talked to me throughout the service and provided me with lots of great information for making sure my future experiences go smoothly. The place was very clean and though we are still going through the covid restrictions, the process was pretty simple and quick. The front desk associate was also super friendly and gave me plenty of different options to save money without it being any sort of a pushy sales move. Both ladies did a wonderful job at making my experience today wonderful.

Ive received services from this EWC location twice now – first, a full face wax during their soft opening. Second, an eyebrow wax. Ashley was my waxer and she has a great attention for detail! Shes probably the first waxer Ive had that made the whole process easy and not at all awkward. All the staff Ive interacted with from the manager to receptionists have been wonderful.This location uses mobile check-in, so during these COVID-19 times youre able to physically distance without having to wait in the small lobby. During service, they wear full PPE to protect both staff and clients, and clearly clean down the rooms.
