I really like this place- they are friendly and down-to-earth and happy to talk to me about my vehicle and share any knowledge they have when I come in for an oil change. Seem that they are a family business which I also like to support. I definitely trust them more than any of the quick stop oil change places where you often have a young, inexperienced guy doing an important job. The older guy here ( I forget his name) has been around a long time and clearly knows cars and is committed to doing the little things right. Great place to know about in Spokane.

After reading online reviews for Curts City Center Oil & Lube, I decided to go in for an oil change. I was thoroughly pleased with their service. Although I had an appointment for 11 a.m., we rescheduled due to the late arrival of some parts (for another repair they were working on). They were extremely flexible in setting up an alternative time (we rescheduled for 1 p.m. that same day). They did a terrific job. Not only did they change my oil in about 20 minutes or so (as they told me they would), they also topped off all my fluids and even vacuumed my flooring on the drivers side (there were leaves and other debris). After the service was completed, we had a short chat about football (Go Pack Go!) and my impression was that they were friendly folks. Overall, the experience and service provided were topnotch. I would highly recommend.

Have been there twice and had great service both times and the price was way below any other place I checked. I definitely would recommend them. Curt seems to be a very sweet and honest man.

This place gave me excellent service, quickly, at a great price. All the while the friendly staff chatted with me while I waited for my oil change to be complete. They also clarified some concern areas of my truck for me - which I appreciated. There is a lot of expertise in this shop, highly recommend.

Went in for an oil change. Fast, efficient, friendly, and reasonable. My “service engine soon” light was on and they gave me the code for it. Didn’t try to up sell me or anything. Would go again.

I stopped by 15 minutes before closing for an oil change. They provided fast service at a competitive price. Plus, its a family owned business! Both employees were personable. Theres even a pot shop across the street if you want to smoke a doobie while you wait.

Yes, this is a family business, but that sells it a little short. This is a family of the nicest people youd every want to meet. And they know their way around cars. You dont have to worry about teenage kids stripping out your oil plug, or selling you on upgrades and services. You might pay a little less somewhere else, but you wont look forward to going back.

They were quick and I didnt have to deal with someone trying to sell me everything. Got an oil change at a great price and on top of that they vacuumed and wiped my vehicle down as well. This is my new go to place!

I had a great experience at Curts City Center Oil and Lube. They were quick, friendly and did a great job. I had a full synthetic oil and filter change on my 2009 Ford Flex.

I like to support this locally owned small family business run by honest people who dont try to sell services you dont need--you can have your oil changed, buy a used car and/or rent a Penske truck all on the same lot.

Dont mind that its not a fancy Oil & Lube shop. All the people there are extremely nice and I was even able to strike a conversation or two with them. It is a family run business and you can see that when you first enter the lobby and find family pictures and a couple toys here and there. The service was fast and efficient. I got an oil change package with Castrol GTX($40 and was the higher priced package), which includes 5 quarts of oil, tire pressure check, fluid top off and vacuum among other things I didnt catch. While price was higher than say the advertised price for Jiffy Lube, they dont pressure you to fix/replace/buy other things for your car and not as friendly feeling(in my experience). Definitely recommend this for a simple oil change and help out local Spokane businesses.

Took my car in for an oil change, it started sounding funnu, so I checked my oil and it was dry. Not only that, but now it is making a grinding noise when I step on the gas. Not sure if they forgot to screw something on right or what but they messed up my car. I would not tecrecomm this place!!!!!
