Seemed pretty good. 70 bucks after coupon for a full synthetic oil change. Guy in charge was pretty helpful. He was running it like a military outfit, barking out orders etc. We had to wait in the car the whole time, but that wasnt a bad thing. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick in and out oil change. Id say it took them 15 minutes once we were in the bay.

Boss is great. Every employee had a smile on their faces! They got my oil change done quickly, and even found issues and fixed them for me! I will forever be taking all my vehicles to this shop, and referring others to them!

I came here first thing in the morning and I was able to get in right away! Super quick and efficient. Slightly more spendy than Im used to paying but worth it to not have to wait 2 or more hours or drop my car off and return later.Great customer service too and it was pretty cool to be able to watch what was being done on the monitors. I will definitely be using this company from now on!

This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back for all my oil changes. The customer service was top notch. Very friendly and fast. I wish other businesses had the customer service skills these guys have.

Very slow, got in line said it would be a 40 minute wait to get into the shop, ended up waiting and hour and a half with cars stacked deep behind me so I couldnt really go anywhere else. Staff also seemed flustered with it being busy.

Even though there are two raphaels that work here and for a brief moment there was a third Raphael that was not actually a Raphael but waiting for his uniform to come in; they seemed to have great service here overall. ( Even if the names get confusing)

I recently switch to Valvoline from JiffyLube because of the price difference but this was my first time in this particular location and I must say, best experience of all. Gene was so professional and friendly and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will be coming to this location from now on.

Its all about timing. Weekends they are slammed. So you will wait in a line. But at least you are in your car the whole time. Jamming to your own tunes, not listening to waiting room music. Staff helpful, knowledgeable, polite, cautious. Was miffed by their covid protocol of no printed receipts.

Had the best experience! I was paying with a Groupon...i apparently had paid for one for a different location but they worked it out for me so I could still use it! They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience! I will always take my rigs to Valvoline now.

They took my air filter out and didnt replace it with the new one I paid for and let me leave driving my car with no air filter. Not even a discount was offered. Then tried to blame the guy whos fault it wasnt. Be very careful at this place. I saw good reviews and went there . Mistake!!!!

Extremely quick, I was in and out in less than half an hour I felt very secure with them doing the oil change and I felt very knowledgeable about each step they were doing as they filled me in throughout the process. I always appreciate the kindness these gentlemen show and their witness always answer my questions!

Very good service, went there for my oil change, they checked all my fluids, and even put windshield wiper fluid in my car, and my tires were low so they aired them up. It only cost me 50$. There was no line and only took about 10 minutes. Only complaint is they spelled my name wrong, not a big deal. Would highly recommend.

I called ahead to the number on the google listing and spoke to Joe (who apparently doesn’t work there according to Denny), and Joe offered me a discount on a synthetic oil change and my total would be $76.98, but Denny said that he didn’t know of any Joe or any discount so I ended up paying $99.08. The guys on the ground were quick and courteous, however their window stickers suggest coming back after 3000 miles even though they say it’s good for 5000 citing a corporate policy. My dealership told me I’m good for 10000 when I get new synthetic oil with them.... and they use Valvoline also. Denny said the dealership uses a different oil. Apparently this facility uses a sub par oil that only goes 3 or 5000? I probably won’t be back due to the incorrect pricing and sub par oil.

Quick and easy oil change and they do it so fast you can wait in your car.

$60.16 with a discount applied for a standard, nothing special oil change. They were efficient and the timer indicated it was complete in less than 20 minutes. They are right next door to a car wash so that was cool. Decided to treat my car to that as well. I don’t quite know the going rate for an oil change but 60 with discount applied seems steeper than I really wanted.

Will be going in Monday.morning see how they do on my old 99 catalac.then ill repost how every aspect was.

I do not recommend anyone go to Valvoline on Thor they will try to over charge you! My friend went up there the other day and had his oil changed for $30 he just told me to ask for the 15% off discount so I go today and before they changed my oil he told me it’s $64 dollars but when another co worker tried to tell me they had one for $42 the guy bumped his arm so he could stop trying to tell me they had one for $42 because the older guy wanted me to pay $64 so I left and will never go back there again!! P.s. the young guys who work there are great and respectful, it was the older guy who tried to over charge me!

These guys are amazing at their profession. And so courteous. Recommend this station to anyone.

They do an ok job at changing the oil. I really dislike the up-sale pressure. They will talk you into things you dont need, especially if you dont know much about vehicle maintenance. If you reject their offers of unnecessary maintenance, they will talk to like your car will blow up.

As a healthcare worker trust me I understand the severity of this virus… But if your website says 9 AM and I call and verify that your store in fact opens at 9 AM and your worker says yes… I find it very disheartening that you send another employee out to inform me that in fact they would Not be opening until 930...Again I understand it’s only a half an hour but I just worked a 12 hour shift wanted to get an oil change well it was convenient got turned away… Oh well guess will blame it on a Sunday…

Let me use an expired Groupon since it expired during COVID, didnt give me any hassle.Calmly and professionally explained which services were recommended for my truck and honored the 20% off services the Groupon included.Checked all my systems and battery, and when I called around and found a battery cheaper at Auto Zone they discounted the price to match! Saved me time and an extra trip.When I opted to change my battery, one of the terminals was shot so they replaced it FOR FREE!Super helpful, not at ALL pushy, got me in and out extremely fast even though I kept adding services lol.I honestly cant rave enough about this place. I suffer from anxiety and was shaking the whole time and they were amazing. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here. Everyone needs oil changes, and just about any company could handle that but this place earned my trust and put me at ease and you literally cant out a price on that.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Aside from a guy shooting up in front of the wait line, I wanted to give them benefit of doubt, especially with all the positive reviews.I usually perform service myself, but regretfully,gave this place a try. They did not properly install the oil filter, causing a leak within 1 week, and spilled oil throughout my engine bay during refill. Good grief, yall are supposed to be a oil change facility.Waste of $90 for oil and service, that has to be redone at my expense.

Service is quick, thorough, and great... but every time I get my oil change done here, my car has overheating problems the very next day. I stopped coming here after the 3rd time. Tried a different place, no more overheating problems. Hmm? I would avoid this place. 🤷‍♀️

I used them for the first time today. I normally change my own oil using full synthetic. Requested the full synthetic and was informed that each additional quart was $8.99. They were pleasant and did perform a safety check. Final bill came to $101.76. I think that is much too high for an oil change and service check. I enquired about the price to perform transfer case and differential fluid change since I have a four wheel drive vehicles. Each of those was $69.00 and the transmissions was 119.00. I will change the transmission and the engine fluid myself and will check with local mechanics for differential prices.

This is the best place ive ever gotten oil changes... they are friendly, clean, and professional usually pretty fast even if there is a line! They dont haggle you to buy extra parts and services but just informative:) They also have coupons by text and send in the mail as well. Location is great as well!!

Always get oil changes here. You do not have to get out of your car!! Its awesome usually takes less than 15 minutes. Every oil changes comes with topping off of all fluids, tire check/adding air, checking lights, and a lot more. They call it their 20 point check system. Also you can get all your fluids topped of for free 3 for up to three months after. Also do a lot of other things if you need other fluids replaced not just oil changes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just found out that the service guys do not get paid for up sales. They are doing their job by letting you know what should be done to keep your car going. That is to say... Dont say no to everything. I spent 35 years in parts and service departments and I recommend valvoline oil and if you want synthetic oil dont get the blend.Sergio helped me and I feel like he did a perfect job with not too much pressure.

This is the second time Ive been there and both times it was a good experience. They worked well as a team, the gal (Im terrible with names) gave great, personable, customer service, didnt pressure me into any additional services etc, which wouldve been pretty easy as I have an older vehicle with high miles. Ill keep going back!

Lowest price Ive ever paid for an oil change! My import car has an unusual oil filter, and it only took minutes for them to locate one and I was on my way! Great service, quick and professional!

I ended up with a costly repair on my vehicle due to their negligence. They denied that they had anything to do with it, but they did reimburse me for half of the labor costs on my repair bill. Which the total bill was around $650, and they paid $236. Better than nothing. Just be cautious people.
