The staff at Spearfish Post Office are fantastic!! Long story short, i had sent a package that could not be delivered. It was suppose to be redelivered 2 days later, never happened. Today I called, staff had me on hold as they looked for it. Found it and hand delivered it today!!! Thank you for going out of your way to get it there today!! Awesome group of people!!

The staff at the Spearfish Post Office are fantastic. They are super helpful, friendly and funny, which makes the visit even better. I appreciate their high level of customer service!

The employees are rude and refuse to help. I had a package that was out for delivery for 2 weeks and I showed up every other day to try and just get the package from them only for some dude named Rick saying we dont have it without leaving his desk. I had packages go missing and heavily damaged, again they take zero responsibility. They are purely incompetent and they should all get fired. If this keeps up this post office should lose all federal funding.

They dont have a phone number. Can you guess why? So they dont have to answer questions and complaints. Its 2020 and I have to drive to the post office to get the simplest question answered. Something is wrong with this picture.Also, dont even think about going to pick up a package that ups or someone else turned over to the post office. They would rather keep it all day and deliver it the next day than go in the back and look for it.I root for the USPS. This particular post office makes that difficult to continue.

A staff member called Cory helped us find the best box for our package without even having to ask. He saved us time! Thanks!

Endless problems at my home and multiple businesses, the most unreliable service. You have one job to transport mail and to deliver it and you cant even get it right....and if everything is not 100% exactly spelled out and laid out for them, God forbid they use common sense to figure ANYTHING out

The gentlemen at the front I don’t know his name, but that dude needs a raise. Great guy and outstanding knowledge of things involving shipments, friendly as well... never had a bad experience here

Stopped here to pick a package at General Delivery while pedaling across the country. The facilities were nice and new. And the staff was helpful and friendly.

I live in Seattle. I own property in Spearfish. I send mail to my own property in Spearfish and it comes back as no such address or to a tenant who has lived there for years, it will come back saying no such addressee Ill call Lornie at the Spearfish post office and he verifies that I have the correct information and is never sure as to why multiple letters (important ones) are not being delivered. The deliverers have no pride in their work.

I love our post office! Always a great experience both in the office and with my delivery person.

Delivery is unreliable at best and they hold mail without acknowledgement due to inaccessibility... never before have I had an issue with my driveway. UPS, Fed Ex they all are just fine, I had to find out by tracking a package. I am waiting on pay and college materials, you have caused me and my family a large inconvenience without even the dignity of a phone call! And to think I tipped your driver for Christmas... shame.

Four stars, only because of the disconjointed bureaucracy at the higher level.The locals that run the place are top notch, though...

What a joke! No wonder people hate to use the post office! I have lived at my address for 18 months and now all of a sudden my mail is being returned to sender as not a valid address....WTF? Important mail that Ive been waiting on since November continues to be returned. Delivery driver says one thing...post office another. Get it together for petes sake and Giveme my DAMN mail

Sent me an accusatory letter and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience when I went in person to address the issue. Gross.
