Walked in their office for insurance quotes on auto, home, umbrella plan, and life. The person helping us said hed get back to us that evening. He called back 4 days later. When we went in to talk with him, he didnt have any of the quotes ready and was unprofessional and disorganized. There is NO WAY I will be leaving my insurance needs in the hands of this company.

We had an issue with another insurance company and they never resolved it. Due to a mistake on our mortgage companys end, Security Insurance erroneously received a payment for homeowners insurance that they shouldnt have received. The agent at Security Insurance worked harder to resolve the issue than our agency had ever worked for us. So we switched agencies and are now with Security Insurance. In addition, were saving over $1000/year!
