I get a monthly fee of $1 per month for a paper statement and when I log in to sign up to get things electronically, all I get is an error that will not allow me to sign up for e-statements. 2 weeks after I submit something asking why, I get a reply saying I did not finish my rating, so I am finishing my rating.
