Mitch is an great insurance agent. Not only did he save me hundreds of dollars a year when I switched to him, he is always there for me. We have had a couple of issues and numerous questions...he usually answers immediately and if he does not, he calls back quickly. If he does not know the answer, he finds it quickly. Talk about big city service with a small town feel. I grew up across the street and while I stopped into town to visit mom I saw the new agency across the street. I liked that I saw him take water out to the city workers, so I walked over and chatted for a minute. Felt like I was sitting in the barber chair at Floyds in Mayberry, he made me feel comfortable and trusting. I had him run me a quote, WAY CHEAPER and the coverage is great too!!!!!

Had them run me quick quote and I was shocked that a big agency like Farmers was way cheaper than my online General company that didnt come with an agent or anything of the sort. 5 STARS!!!!!!
