Theres a reason my family and I have all moved to different State Farm agents, despite working with Lances office for over 10 years. During that 10 year span, billing is all over the place. Errors and mistakes are made on a consistent basis which often resulted in extra money coming out of my pocket. When I would make these errors known to the office, they would never apologize for their errors, and often try to put the blame on me. I have even had problems with their office MONTHS after I moved to a different agent. State Farm (corporate) is a joy to work with and actually gets things done.
