Was with Erika for a few years. Had something come up with payments where it would have been ridiculous price. Tried to cancel I would call and just get the “we will call you back” and would never get a call back so then I would call again a few days later to only get the same response, took close to a month to cancel. Told her to prorate the money owed for coverage, which she did but then sent the rest to collections with out notifying me in anyway that money was “owed”.

When we first switched to Farmers, they saved us more than we are paying now. I love Erika and her team. They are great to work with.

The absolute worst insurance agent Ive ever worked with! I had been with Farmers since I got insurance on my first vehicle. After my agent left, and she was the one that replaced him everything went downhill drastically. If you want problems resolved. Go to another agent. If you want to be taken seriously. Go to another agent. Whatever you do, do not come to her for insurance purposes!
