Just left here after getting an oil change, and Rick was super helpful and friendly. I had called a few days prior to ask some questions and he helped me then as well. I honestly always appreciate going to places that dont try to be too pushy about services or products to sell you. Got what I came for and was on my way. Thank you!

I went with my friend to get her oil changed and it was the most positive experience either of us have ever had getting an oil change. The staff were super friendly and charismatic and didn’t try to charge for unnecessary things. I’ll definitely be going here from now on for my own car

They are very nice, the wash your windows, check your air in tires, fluid your washer fluid. Top notch customer service and the owner makes sure you are well taken care of. I even stopped by one evening after traveling and oil was low and was going to get an oil change but his cc machine was down due to internet issues but he was nice enough to go ahead and top off my oil so I would be safe. This is my new oil place moving forward. Customer Service go a long way in my book.

This is may new place to have my oil change. I love the customer service here, that goes a long way. They dont try to oversell you on services. Also the other night I was just getting off the highway and my oil indicator came on saying low oil so I was due for an oil change and was going to do it that night. There was something going on in the area with the internet so his credit card machine was down and I didnt have any cash on me. The owner wanted me to be safe on the road and he topped my oil off for me at no charge. Thats great customer service. He has gained a new customer and I have told several people about his oil change business.

If I could put 5 more stars I would in a heartbeat. Ive never felt more secure driving my car than I do when I pull out of The Oil Exchange. Went to see Ricky because of some engine issues; he was so professional, friendly, and informative. I ACTUALLY LIKE going to get my oil changed and engine checked. That should say a lot. On top of it all the prices are extremely fair. 100% the best.

It was my first time getting my oil changed in this area but I went based on other reviews- and I am so happy I did!! Rick is awesome and funny, and he made me feel very comfortable. He was honest and didnt overcharge me. On top of that, made sure I was all set with all of the fluids in my car to make sure everything was running properly. 15/10. Will definitely be back.

I was getting an alert on my car stating that my oil needed changing. I was in the area where I work and usually have my oil changed at the dealership. In any event, I went to K & K because they had outstanding ratings and I can see why. Ricky took care of me and said my oil looked great. What happened was when it was at the dealership they forgot to rest the program on the oil setting. These are people you can trust, he could have told me I needed an oil change or anything else, but was honest and kind. Thank you!

I stopped by here to get my oil change for 1995 special and they took me right on in but they charged me $75 for the oil change told me that the special had ended even though it was posted outside but before I left the sign was gone beware of this place there are thieves among Us

This place is right by my office. Amazing service! Fast and friendly! I never have to wait! The biggest bonus, they are honest! Great place!! Super nice people who are really quick and efficient. I was there about 20 minutes total. It was $25 for a standard oil change which is a great value for a place that’s so quick. They also put air in my tires which I really appreciated because I’m too lazy to do it myself. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to this specific place for my oil changes, wiper blades and all my fluid fill ups. Willy does a wonderful job making sure the vehicle your in runs properly regarding oil changes. This place is great! I have been looking for an oil change shop that would allow me to bring my own oil and filter ever since moving to Detroit. When I called Willy, he had no problem with me providing the materials and only charged a small fee to complete the change. He has also owned multiple European vehicles so he knows how to change the oil on these brands as well. I have already come to this shop a couple times since reading other awesome reviews online and will continue to do so into the future.

Good experience at this shop, i was out before 15 minutes of my arrival. The gentleman there are definitely friendly, its also nice that they dont try to upsell you on anything. What really was great was that when my oil filter was taken out I was shown it, when the new was put in they showed me it and the new oil they showed it to me. Its this kind of honesty that I like. I wouldnt say theyre priced low or priced high its seems moderate for a lube shop.

No longer k&k. Now the oil exchange.Friendly guys, they offered me a water and filled my tires. Hardly no wait but there never really has been in the 2 years ive been going. They charged me $15 more than k&k (willy) which brought my total close to $80. Ill likely be going somewhere else for the next ones.

I called ahead to see how long an oil change would be, and true to their word, I was in and out within 10 minutes.I mentioned I might need a new air filter, but he showed it to me and told me that I didnt need it, and he wasnt going to sell me something I dont need. Love hearing that.When my engine light was on, he came and checked the codes the car was putting out, and confirmed it was just a sensor and helped reset it.Quick, honest, courteous? Ill be back.

This is the only place I will get my car serviced at! Just left and got my routine oil change, needed a new filter and windshield wipers. Service is always exceptional. I got a couple deals off of my service today which is a plus! Also they are honest and won’t try to get over on you just because you’re a woman! Wouldn’t recommend any other place!

The ONLY oil change place I go to. I stabled across Willie and Larry about 5yrs ago while working in the around. I now go out of the way just to get my oil change done here. Fair, honest and knowledgeable of his customers.

So Im from out of state and we dont have the pits to go under the car. I ended up driving my passenger tire into the pit and was awaiting a tow for 4 hours.All the while, Willy and Larry kept me company and were extremely friendly. After my car got out of the pit, they even completed my oil change before I left! Theyre really great people and I highly recommend this place. Im getting all my oil changes here.

Talk about hands down exceptional service! They really care about their customers here. I went in for an oil change (way passed the time it was due) and they didnt gimmick me into purchasing anything extra, or tell me anything needed to be fixed. They were polite, clean, and very fast. The best part was I normally get overcharged for oil changes, this place never charges me anything more than what a typical oil change is worth! I even have gone to them for questions about things that have happened with my car, they have never once turned me away, and did their best to fix the issues. Will always recommend K & K!

Cant say enough how happy I am with this place. Im a bit distrusting of national lube chains but Willy really treated me right when I came in for a synthetic oil change for my CRV. The price was very fair and the service was the best Ive ever had during an oil change. Willy showed me my cars oil cap with imprinted oil type requirements, along with the container of the oil they were going to use. When he was done, Larry showed me the new oil levels on the dipstick which was a nice touch as well. This is all without me even leaving my car!K&K has my business for life, no question about it.

Very friendly staff, did not pressure for any additional services. However, they were not able to replace my air filter because they didnt have the correct bit. After driving around for a bit I noticed a rattling sound under my hood. After a quick look they left a screwdriver under my hood! This could have seriously hurt my engine. I wont be going back again.
