The service I recieved at Serra Chevrolet was extraordinary 👌. I was greeted professional and directed to the Parts counter. I am glad I purchased my car here and hopefully will continue to recieve great Service.

I waited an hour for my tire to get changed. I expected to wait longer so at least it was only an hour. However they didnt fill it with air. Left it at 34psi.Came back for my 1 free oil change. 5 cars in line and not one being worked on. Not coming back again.

I arrived early. They open at 7 am. I was first in line for a simple oil change. They advertise “quick” service lane. NOTHING quick about it. Well over 1 hour for a simple oil change. Not the first time this has happened either.Ridiculous.

Where do I begin? I signed up for a service slot a week in advance and requested a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival, they had no record of this (despite me showing the confirmation) and said their systems for service and loaner vehicles don’t “talk to each other.” While they did attempt to fix the situation (I’ll give them recognition for that), they quoted me 4.5 service hours for a job that states 2 hours in the internal service write up. Because it isn’t a “warranty” claim, it’s an extra 2.5 hours for the same repair?! What a load of BS and ripping off a customer in labor hours. Just another reason not to trust a dealership service center.

We havent been to Red Lobster in a while. They have changed the menu by adding a few new items. I enjoyed the changes and the meal that I received. I also had a really good server. I will definitely go back for lunch or dinner.

The service was fast and easy! I called a lot of places but Serra had the best prices and they were very accommodating to my busy schedule.

4pm Oil change on a Weds. was less than an hour. They even washed the car. Only 1 other person in the waiting room.

Bought new 2019 Chevy Colorado with very concerning transmission rumbling issues. Serra changed the trans fluid and trans controller and that fixed the problem. I could not be happier.

Because a credit for something I paid twice to repair was applied towards my bill, resulting in no cost to me, and because I always get a loaner while my vehicle is worked on. And because my service consultant attends to my and my vehicle needs as I expect, and deals with me fairly.

The service here is amazing. Theyre always polite from there service desk all the way to the cashier. Ive never had a problem here at all. The quick lane gets me in and out and thats with no appointment

They have a comfortable waiting room. The service people and cashier are very polite. Everything is nearby and you dont have to walk through the showroom to wait.

I just tried to order some parts over the phone, but they dont take payment over the phone. The parts guy told me they dont keep them in stock because the havent replaced any of these in the last 12 months. Seems interesting this dealerships service techs seem to have not followed the manufacturer recommendation for this safety critical item on a repair they probably invoice several times a week.

Their pricing has increased; it falls inline with others. To bring value then, you need to have excellent communication, service, and customer service. There was no disclosure of the estimate maintenance cost up front. Required for repairs, and Id expect the disclosure on maintenance too. Service was a bit better than others - work completed sooner than estimated, car kept cleaner than when it came in. Check out was lousy. Cashier was not rude, but lacked politeness. Then I had to wait 15 min for my car. No apology for delay. Had to go back in twice to ask where it was.

If a sales person of the name CJ walks up to you, instantly ask for another salesperson. Guy with an attitude and was not helpful unless we gave him all personal information first. Jeff Beaudoin ended up helping us and he was very friendly!

I went to Serra to get an oil change, I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Two hours later I went to the service desk because I needed to get back to work shortly. They told me it would be another hour before my car was ready. I had to leave after wasting two hours for nothing. The last time I received service there, they didnt even put the tire valve caps on after putting air and my tired and when I called back they said sorry they didnt have extras. Im going to start driving to al Serra again because this place is a waste of time.

Rear defrost button would cause washer fluid to continuosly dispense down rear window, clearly was a malfunction with automaker, but they charge me $289.00 to repair.. This shouldve been a recall issue, but the manager stated the viechcle was used. I did some research and found out this is an issue with the Saturn Vue 08. TBC.
