I went into quick lane on Saturday 8/28/21for the works and lets just say this the ladies that was working was extremely helpful and kind! Needless to say the other Male worker that waited on me was really short with you... I mean really bad attitude laced with undertones of nasty! Besides feeling like Im being rushed through like livestock. Owner need to send (shoppers) through his business just to see how their customers are being treated! ...

Felicia is the best! She always makes sure Im well taken care of. She keeps me updated while Im waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. They always do a great job servicing my vehicle and Ive never had a problem after. I usually receive fast and efficient service here. Thanks, Quick Lane staff. The quick lane service was excellent. Busy as expected, yet I out in @ an hour. Very acceptable.

The ladies in the quick lane dept. are awesome very accommodating and understanding. The only Ford dealer Ive visited in the past 3 years.Now as for the starter that the service dept installed (month ago)I would take away 4 of those stars. I still have to stand outside relatively close to the vehicle for it to auto start.

They take good care of my baby. Maintenance is key to extending life- animate and inanimate. I depend on their judgment to let me know the condition of my car, and what future services I need to schedule, so that performance is in tip top shape. The staff is friendly and they go over the inspection report with you for you to make an informed decision. The last time I got an oil change, I was long overdue, because COVID. At that point, my front brakes were at 0mm. Im happy that that the manager accommodated me to get them replaced the next day. Highly appreciated it.

Last time I was in, I worked with James who explained everything going on with my vehicle clearly and thoroughly. I felt confident they were doing the necessary work to keep my vehicle safe and in good condition. Ive been going here for years for oil changes and Ive never had a bad experience. Plus they have a punch card and every 5th oil change is free!

Fantastic service! Took my car in for an oil change and it was very quick even though they were busy. Waiting room was full.The person helping me was really nice and explained my Ford pass points to me. She made sure I understood the process and what I could use the points for other than oil changes. Overall this location is great because its convenient for me, however I came to get my tire plugged back in March and the tire never got fixed. Also I had an oil change in January, some kind of way, my hood wasnt properly closed and I had an accident on the fwy with my hood, causing my hood to fly up while driving.....so idk

A great visit! Staff not too busy at all, mid-afternoon on a Wednesday.Only one other customer in waiting room when I arrived at 3:30 pm for oil change, tire rotation, etc. - the 65,000-mile maintenance. I was done and out the door at about 5:00.Staff was super-nice, attentive. Waiting-room spotless, with coffee and doughnuts and annoying TV. Restroom was clean and well kept.This is a good place.

Prompt service. Cost was reasonable.

While the weather is good 3to 4 chairs can be set out side for spacing.

They said they did this billion point inspection with my oil change. I didnt know until the next day that the windshield wipers that i specifically asked to be changed wasnt. It was checked off a good though. The rubber was literally falling off. They got three stars due to the courteous staff. I hope they actually checked the other stuff though. Matter of fact did i get an oil change? Have to have some faith as i have to take more of my vehicles there.🤔Down to 2 Starz

Quick? Maybe in geologic terms.Three full hours for an oil change for a 2017 Ford. Arrived 11:15, left 2:15. The service advisor was courteous, and knocked four bucks off for the wait without me asking, but hardly made up for the rest of it.No air conditioning in the waiting area. Vinyl seats. No water. Not even a fan. Just three full hours of HGTV. Was told there was one car ahead of me, when I walked in, clearly not the case.I have literally financed and purchased new cars in less time than it took to get an oil change at this quick lube. If they want repeat customers they had better get it together!

I went in on a Saturday, unaware that they were just about to close for the day, with a quick fix request to replace a broken windshield nozzle. They were able to help me even though they were no longer taking any more cars for the day. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Wonderful!

Went in on Saturday to get oil changed. Opted for full synthetic service. Happy they didnt try to upsell other things, which is why Im giving them 2 stars. However, on Monday noticed oil pressure seemed slightly lower than normal. Reviewed the receipt and Quicklane used 5w-20 instead of 5w-30 as vehicle called for. Honest mistake, called and explained situation. Person on phone said to come in and ask for Ivan (manager) and would get it sorted out. Came in next day, and was told by the representative that they talked to the technician and that the 5w-30 was definitely put in, but the paper wasnt changed. Was heavily pressured to not do anything, and ended up walking out without getting oil re-changed. Never ended up seeing Ivan. I feel others should be aware this is my experience here and I will not be returning. I dont often trust others to work on my vehicles, and this has broken what little trust I did have in the shop attached to the dealership where I bought my vehicle. I would expect this to be a no questions asked fix, and the fact I was pressured away from what was implied on the phone I feel is a disingenuous way to operate a business, and part of what makes people dislike service shops.

Printed sign on door saying they were closing 2 hours early and not taking more cars for the day.Counter agent was rude. Gentlemen before us was there to pick up his car. Agent went through pick up list, didnt see form. Customer spelled his last name for the agent, was a simple name but could have multiple spellings. Agent went off on the customer about spelling the last name, and yelled at customer accusing the customer of treating the agent like he rode the short bus.I walked out without any service.
