Michelle used to have a great establishment however since losing several nail techs it seems as if she is willing to let anyone work. Just experienced the worst pedicure ever from her new employee who had no idea what she is doing. I am literally looking for another shop to repair the hack job! It is an awful experience of waiting hours as Michelle tries to toggle between guest and instruct her less than knowledgeable employee. What used to be a great establishment is unfortunately a sinking ship!

I went here for a light pink shellac manicure. The atmosphere was great with jazz music. The manicure wasn’t to my liking really after it dried. It was gloppy a little. They did correct it the next day with no problem. It looks awesome!

Service was fine. Quality of merchandise and nails was very cheap. 2 of my nails broke 3 days after getting my nails done. Not a to go to place for me

This is how I left after 2 different elderly nail techs tried to do my nails. They said I cheated them by not paying full price!! Owner’s brother chuffed out loud when I asked him to inspect then argued with me over how great the work was. I tried to direct them how to fix it along the way. An 8 yr old could do better!! The brother told me I can’t see!! He told me not to come back as if I EVER would!!??!? Rude! But Why so sloppy & gloppy??!! I think $20 for this mess was fair.

I really wanted to like this place. I got a full gel set (or what I thought was a gel set). The nails were pretty when done. 6 days later, one fell off. By day 8, another fell off. I didnt have time to go back and get them redone so I waited until I could get all of them done (12 days). I saw the same person and mentioned what happen. Again another beautiful set. 4 days later, one falls off while at dental office. How embarrassing. I went straight to the nail salon and told them what happened. I waited and waited for someone to get to me. Finally I had to leave. I didnt have time to sit all day. So I wont be back.

I went to MiMi she was very sweet to me. And she did a great job on both my nails and feet. Due to covid there was a great amount of social distancing and dividers incase you have to sit next to another customer an while they’re doing your nails . There is no over charge everything you pay for is worth exactly that I definitely will be back

I absolutely love them! I have been coming here for years. The building t is always clean and the service is always A1. They are very personable and professional.

I went in for a regular polish change and they charged $30.

I have going to this establishment for several years to get my eyebrows waxed by Michelle. She rushed through it the last time which took away from the quality of her work.The last three time Ive had to show her parts that were missed or needed more work. I have several friend that go to her as well that have had similar experiences. I will no longer be going to her.

I love Sandy i think thats her name. She stay busy. But the best in there.. They all are nice. Best time to go is on the week days of course.. Affordable prices as well

They do not overcharge, whoever stated tht are liars. You have to pay for what you want, hands down. They are excellent. Yes, sometimes busy but you cant get in front of people. Lovely couple.

Michelle, Mike, and everyone in the nail shop are extremely professional and personable. They do great quality work and they are very sanitary. I come here with my best friend and I feel like Im part of the family.

1st things first . I REVIEWED the whole area & I did my own research before I went to this establishment. I’m a licensed nail technician & I do not patronize just ANY nail shop . I called a nearby shop before them & the phone call was blah especially since they had to find a tech who was experienced enough to do XL nails [smhh] . How sway? So then I called Le Nails 2 & the phone call was inviting & she was confident in what I specifically asked for . I even made the mistake of going to the prior salon that I called & as I walked in I quickly remembered why I didn’t want to be there. So as I left I googled their location & I walked in . Their hours of operation are 10A & they were open when I walked in at 9:35ish & I was shocked asl & pleased immediately. I thought i needed a whole soak off so I planned on getting a pedicure while I soaked but they were confident that they didn’t need to Soak me. I was uneasy but the pedicure calmed me.& it was good. NOW the nails part of my visit was up & as I sat with Michelle the first thing I noticed was how pleasant she was & how she greeted every single person that walked in & she near damn knew everyone by name. She removed my old nails with her instrument so gently & did my XL nails so well. The shape, length & polish skill was that of a professional with many years experience. & she snatched THE ISH OUT MY EYEBROWS.. thanks Michelle I recommend this shop for everyone including out of town people.

Awful.I called ahead of time for a price for a shellac fill in. The lady on the phone was so nice. When I walked in, the guy who helped me was extremely welcoming as well. Thats about it.I told him that I needed a shellac fill. He proceeded to take off my shellac, then he said oh my God honey, your nails are so old which they probably were. Then he told me that he needed to take them off which was fine. He proceeded to rip my nails off using the cuticle remover tool. When I complained about the pain and requested that they be soaked off, he said no, that takes 20-25 minutes. I really didnt care how long it took. If I ask you to soak of my nails, and Im paying, you need to soak off my nails.He then asked the lady who I spoke with on the phone to come rip my nails off my other hand using the same tool. I had one nail left and it was the pain of them trying to get it off was unbearable, so I said STOP! Soak it off! To which he said no honey, Ill do it for you. At this point I was on fire. I sat there in silence. I thought that I had to let them finish doing my nails at this point since my nail bed was ruined from them ripping the acrylic off.Then he told me Im not doing the acrylic, Ill just do the shellac on your natural nail. Its better for you. Thats not what I asked you for. But whatever. He filed my nails, they are COMPLETELY uneven. They look AWFUL! Then he passed me off to the guy next to him who filed my nails more, cracked the tips of them, and painted over it anyways.When finished, the original guy said you got some cash for me honey?. I said Im sorry, what? He said do you have cash?. He was asking because they only take tips in cash. I said Im paying with a card. He said how much cash you got?. I am COMPLETELY disgusted by this service. On my way out, he even acknowledged how badly my nails look by saying next time well make it look better for you. Yeah okay... Never again.

Great nail service however within seconds of sitting at the dryer they stand over you within 3 inches demanding payment. This most recent trip they overcharged me by $3 and insisted ipon it despite posted pricing. This is not the first time payment is demanded within seconds of sitting at the dryer; its every time. You have to pass the desk to get out the door. As a regular customer every 3 weeks youd think trust would be built. Rude!!!!! Lastly, on my second to last visit ever they cut me open with a sander that caused a nasty bleed and scab for a couple weeks and did not discount it at all and still demanded payment standing over me inmediately. Where am I going that fast bleeding?
