This was the first time I went to Star Nails and I enjoyed it. They were waiting for me when I got there so I waited no time at all they were fast professional and friendly I’m very happy with my nails and I will be going back and seeing about some of the other services also.

There use to be a lady in there in 2013 that did excellent nails.Now theres a man and the last time I came in there he was talking bad about my nail nails to another tech and tried to rush me out for my nails to be dry. Mind you there was hardly anyone in the nail shop! So I wouldnt have stopped any of your clients or your cash flow. If you want business you want to be kind to the customer that pays.They do a decent job not great anymore but since they are so rude I wont spend a dime in there anymore.

I wanted my nails done and I usually have a nail shop I go to but I stopped at this one for some particular reason 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ this day I regret that they are over priced work not even worth the payment I really don’t like my nails I told him what I wanted he did something completely different I am not lying

The lady that did my nails was amazing she was very nice The place itself was very clean

Went to get my eyebrows done the guy I guess didnt understand what I was saying my eyebrows werent done right even after the lady fix them I kind of didnt like them cuz they didnt look like how I wanted them to look but she saved me thats why Im giving it a 3 maybe next time I come up there Ill get what I want

Very nice place and very nice people. The environment is clean and relaxing and they have the best massage chairs Ive sat on in a nail shop.

The old man has great customer service.

Their sanitation is on point and their work is even better

This is the only nail shop I go to. It can get busy so I try and go when they first open. Prices are reasonable

This place has very great service and I coming back tmr the nails I had lasted three mounts and they are very great I was a little scared at first but then it turned out great I rlly would recommend this place and ask for Hailey she does a fantastic job

I love Haley work she does great eyebrow arching and her lashes last at least 3 weeks also her nail jobs are so neat

Horrible Rude.

OMG! I have no clue how ANYONE could ever get their nails done here! I have mood changing shellac painted over my real nails and I went home and the shellac begin to lift up! Every time I touched my hair that night it lifted more and more to the point where I just literally came off and was still in the shape of my thumb nail. Then here it is now a few days later I have about two males left I normally get my nails done somewhere else and she doesnt extremely fast and she primes the nails under the shellac this place clearly doesnt know what theyre doing now I have to pay for another set of nails for my birthday wow I will never go to this place again! My polish on my toes looks like there about two weeks old and theyve only been paying it for a few days the guys skills were horrible

First visit they were very slow. I dont think Ill use them again

I probably wont be back I enjoy the lady that does the eyebrows but other them that they are very rude, poor customer service and have no interpersonal skills.. I will only come for eyebrows and that when they first open until I find a better place 🖕🏾
