They make sure they social distance, there’s hand sanitizer, plexy shields, and they do make sure to give you a spa experience with the pedicures. 🤨

Trust me!!!!...Dont even bother with this place. Floors are filthy. Tech severely messed up my pedicure and manager had to fix it twice. I was here for over 2 hours and the place was empty. Tech poured acetone into cheap polish bottle that was running low. Horrible job. Left with feet looking worse than when I walked in. 😩

The nailbtech I had did a great job. However he did my pedicure in about 15 minutes. I guess he doesnt believe in relaxation. On the other hand if you like to get in and out, he did that. I would give a higher rating if they were more consistent with their timing. 30 minutes every time would make them a 5 star.

This was my second visit to this salon. The first time was a much better experience. This time around, I was there for 2 full hours despite immediately being seated at the foot bath. My nail tech never introduced himself or spoke. I got a mani & pedi, both of which look horrible. I have polish all over my fingers. He repeatedly clipped my cuticles which resulted in bloody fingers. He showed no remorse and didn’t acknowledge what he’d done. Hopefully I don’t get an infection. I won’t be returning. Save your money, folks!

The shaped my polish change nicely but I don’t think the top coat cured all the way. When I got home the nail was sticky and was loading it’s shine. If I come back I will ask them to cure it a couple times since the polish change was 20$

Good job for a good price (not great, but good). Most of the employees are pretty good, they are always friendly, and usually pretty quick, but theyre not very good at social distancing. They dont skip seats or seem to clean the plexiglass your face goes up against very well, so dont take your grandma with you.

I asked for a whole different design from what she gave me...I also asked for long nails she gave me short chunky ones they were like concrete, she was also Ignoring the fact that I said I didn’t like them.

Super impressed! This is my 2 week old manicure, not a single chip and I am very rough on my nails! I’ve been swimming/boating often, pulling weeds and gardening, installed some flooring, etc. usually my nails would be all peeling off by now, even with shellac. I was also happy with their social distancing and cleanliness, plexiglass in front of the manicure and pedicure stations and frequent use of alcohol sanitizer. Made an appointment and had no wait time. I’ll be making this my regular place.

This was my first visit and I am quite impressed. Monica did a fantastic job on my nails. She was courteous and gave me exactly what I asked for! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I got a full set dip powder. I got exactly what I asked for and the service was great. I was in and out in about an hour, probably wouldve been finished sooner but I had to soak off my old set. Early Friday afternoon visit and I was 1 of 3 customers.

Today was the first time I went there. My pedicure and full set with Korey was absolutely amazing. Very professional and made sure he did everything. Very clean and I was satisfied with his work. I will definately recommend all friends and everyone I know to go see them. But to me I will never go anywhere but to Korey. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I first went here for a pedicure and had a great experience. Korey one of the tech did my nails twice and I was pleased with them. My last experience was with this salon was horrible. I schedule an appointment with Korey. The day of the appointment I arrive 15 minutes early and notice he isn’t there. Someone finally approaches me a few minutes before my appointment to tell me he’s not coming in. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I willNEVER patronize this nail salon ever again!

Kory did an excellent job on my hands but who knew a few rhinestones and a little mix in the acrylic would be 25 dollars more. 5 dollars more to take shellac off my toes which most of it had already come off my toes which most of had already come off. I strongly suggest you ask how much for everything...

RUN DONT GO HERE HORRIBLE SLOPPY SERVICE.....I went to get my nails done by Karen a horrific experience. I told her what I wanted before she started my pedicure and it was if I never said anything. I clearly stated that I did not like the DND gel polish brand and she insisted that was all she had until I asked for a specific brand then boom oh we have that color in ghis brand too. She damn near drilled a hole in my nail bed I had to ask her to stop using the drill on my nails. They wrapped my nails and I told her that I didnt think she had enough remover on them because I as the customer could feel dry cotton. ..anyhow she tells me, no 5 more minutes and proceed to take another customer instead of doing what it took to get me done😯. I had to ask numerous times for her to remove the polish off of my cuticles. She shaped my nails uneven and got an attitude when I brought it to her attention....how does that work and Im the paying customer. I specifically asked for Black Matte gel on my fingers well nope thats not what I got my nails were not completely covered and I told her doing the process this is not what I want and I dont like this polish job. Well Karen continued to polish as if I wasnt talking to her and got up and told me $50 well here is $25 because this is a horrible hand hand job and Im not paying. So now they want to call the police I guess because I was a young black female they thought I was going to get ignorant and scared nope not me lets all wait for the police. I didnt pay for the service that I didnt like and I will never go back or recommend anyone to this horrible place. SHE FULLY UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH WHEN I SAID I WASNT PAYING BUT STRUGGLED WITH UNDERSTANDING WHEN I SAID I DIDNT LIKE IT HOW?!?!!🤔🤨

Very over priced..first and last time

Been going for YEARS...new management took over and nothing is the same. Very high prices but not enough staff. My favorite nail tech also doesnt work there anymore.

Performed a service on my daughter told me her nails were too short to perform her service correctly got shellac all over her nails and refused to correct it worst experience thy were every type of stereotype known to man. Complaining between each other in their language. Then they want payment when they didn’t complete the service as advertised. Don’t waste your money or time. Please go some place else anywhere else!!!

I came here because last minute my salon was too busy and didn’t have the manpower to do my nails before closing. Immediately walking in I knew it would be a different experience. I was rushed to pick my color then had to debate with one of the technicians whether or not the water for my pedicure was too hot or not and she was determined it was fine BUT it’s my feet in the water not yours and I’M the customer paying. If that wasn’t enough I had my eyebrows arched and she rushed and took too much hair off!!!! Thennnnnnn I get a fill in and was told one price only for it to increase after he was done. I get home 2 hours later washing dishes and I have 3 nails peeling. And of course I’m leaving town tomorrow morning.The funny thing is they have the audacity to ask if your coming back after they knowingly rushed through your experience. Save your money!!! They over charge and it is LOW quality!!$63 down the drain

I went in for a mani/pedi with a friend. I got a regular French manicure on my fingers and the polish shipped off the next day. My friend got gel nails which are supposed to last longer. They also chipped off the next day. The only reason that they are getting 1 star is because my toenail polish is still on, even though I had to ask them to even out the nails many times.

Very disappointed. I’ve been here a couple times before and it usually is decent enough until I can go to my regular place. However, this time was absolutely awful. There was no one in the building yet, you would think my tech was rushing for the next customer. Never once asked me how I wanted my nails done. I had to say short and rounded. She seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to request an shape. Each nail is basically a different shape and length. When polishing she rushed so much. It’s uneven and bumpy. She didn’t let my nails stay under the light for the full time. It seemed as if I was ruining her day by being there. I am so disappointed. I will never return and hope this post helps others.
