Salon was clean. Employees were decent. First time visiting the salon so I was unaware they didn’t do designs UNTIL I sat down to get my nails done and showed the tech what I wanted after already getting a pedicure. Settled for stones and within 2-3 days they started falling off and a nail started to lift. My pedicure was amazing though! If my nails weren’t a mess, I’d definitely go back.

Peter is the only one I would let touch my nails, an African American lady did my nails and they were all uneven and the acrylic was super thick and painful! I was in the shop for 2 hours just getting a full set. I had to get my nails redone in 4 days because I just couldn’t take the pain anymore.

Just moved and shopping around for local nail salon. This was far nicer and the service far better than the three others nearby. Very nice, clean and professional spa. There were 3 male nail techs, said Sunday their wives do the grocery shopping because they are bad at it. 😄 Talked about leaving Vietnam because they werent allowed to practice religion there. Jimmy did the best job on my cuticles ever. Will make this my new regular salon.

This was my first time as a customer. I am very impressed with my nails. Peter took excellent care of me and was friendly. Ignite has gained me as a loyal customer.

Beautiful shop. However the owner is very rude, slow and unprofessional. There is only one person who knows how to do anything in there. She has a bunch of workers who cant speak English and does a horrible job at doing nails. She makes up her prices in her head and charges you however she is feeling that day. The last time I was there I waited almost 3 hours to get my eyebrows and lashes done. When I told her how wanted my lashes done she completely ignored me and did what she wanted. If Im paying you for a service I expect you to what I request. Ive given this place several chances and Im done! Never again and I dont recommend it.

Do not waste your money. Nowhere on their menu does it say shellac. But you charge me $40. I looked up & down on their menu list & they only state full set gel for $30-35. They just got over on me & that’s the last time. Scam artists.

If I could give less than one star I would. Super rude and unprofessional. She lack the ability to properly manage the areas of her salon. Not to mention her prices are ridiculous. I understand confidence in your work but Ive seen better for less.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The lady who did my nails cut them so uneven even though I asked her twice to fix it, she kept shrugging and saying it was too late. Didnt see anything used to sanitize tools they simply just took the same nail filer and tools from a drawer that had not been soaking or cleaned. And at the end of my purchase when I asked for a receipt the man asked Why?. I would never think I would have to explain why I need a receipt obvious this is a business that doesnt know the first thing about customer service. No wonder why the place is empty every time I visit. I will never be coming here again.
