Professional service, nice atmosphere, clean and bright. My first visit was pleasant, I was pleased with the service provided. UODATE- Nails we’re cute, but the energy wasn’t the best. Inconsistent pricing and lacked attention to detail when I went back for a new set. In addition to having to travel to new location, yeah, no thanks.

I am not sure what kind of Shellac Product she use, but I got my nails done the Saturday and Sunday 3 of my nails were broken. They were broken from the skin all the way out to the nail, my nails are natural nothing is added to them. I have been using shellac for the last year and a half and have not had any problems with my nail so I know the shellac works on my nails. The price she charge for the service was outrageous and I wouldn’t mind paying if the service was quality. I was very disappointed .

I’m in town for the weekend for a wedding and picked this place due to the high rating and proximity to my hotel. I made an appointment for 10am (time the salon opened) and was seen quickly even though it was already bustling with clients. Carmen took her time and did a great job with my mani/pedi - I got a shellac mani and a regular pedi. Overall, the staff and salon itself was pleasant and gave me good vibes. Will come back if I’m in the area again and need my nails done 😀

Great service every time! My nails always look amazing and they have tons of colors to pick from. Owner (Cassandra) is always on top of things and keeps the place in great shape!

My girl goes here and she consistently comes back with beautiful nails and a good attitude. Idk what they do during their appointments, but I’m all for it. I love salon days because I get a happy woman with some good looking nails!!

I have been coming to this salon for years!! I have never had a bad experience, I always leave satisfied. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend Pink and White to people.

While their service was nice the first few times I went there, their service was so terrible the last time that I have refused to go back. I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday morning at 11 and my stylist (Shana) texted me that morning asking if I would be fine coming in at 11:45 am as she was running late. I was fine with that and said so and showed up just before 11:45 am. I was never acknowledged by anyone, let alone Shana. It then got to be 12:15 pm and I was still waiting. I then stood up and they finally acknowledged me and Shana claimed that it would be just a few more minutes. I refused to wait and told them how unprofessional they were and have not been back since. Note to the salon: ensure that you have the time needed for each appointment to avoid putting your customers through what you put me through. You lost me as a customer and I have ensured that none of my friends go to your salon as well.

I always have a pleasant experience here. The ladies are courteous and pleasant and they have a comforting atmosphere. There is no drama and you can relax.

I would definitely go for a consultation first if you are a new customer. My first time going and they seem to do good work, but every salon is different in how they function.

Great job on last minute manicure request, got me in and out and nails look great! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of neighborhood, but they have that covered with being buzzed in for entry to salon.

Hair, nail and makeup salon. I have only received nail services. Salon is small. Staff have been nothing but professional. Excited to support black professionals after seeing them present on a local news channel. Called to make my initial appt. Surprised when they didnt make appt through the salon. Gave me the manicurist personal number. Having a 10+ year history of getting regular manicure and pedicure services, i noticed right away my manicurist was the newbie. Not a big deal but I would have liked to make that decision on my own. Not impressed with the cleanliness so cancelled my shellac manicure and only received pedicure. After really wanting to like this place I had to give it up because of this. I compare the cleanliness of this salon to those random ones where the workers speak broken english.

I was shocked to receive a text message from the owner Cassandra today, with regards to a text message that I left a new operator regarding nail services.... Cassandra informed me that she placed me on a wait list once an opening came up for accepting new clients. I was okay with that. A new operator came onboard, and has her phone number available for clients to reach out I would imagine, in the event they would like an appointment...I reached out via the number provided in the IG Bio, and got no reply... I thought... Hmmm. Very unprofessional. So I thought nothing of it, and moved on to another salon that is excellent with nail care. At this point, I was contacted today and was in so many words as a 40 year old woman, chastised by the owner via text asking why am I contacting her staff via social media and text when she TOLD me that she would place me on a “Wait List”? I was appalled and truly didn’t know how to respond, as I remembered only having one Mother! I’m 40 years old and will NOT be talked to with any form of disrespect from ANYONE!!!Secondly, I felt blackballed from the salon due to an incident that I thought was behind us, but apparently wasn’t.... Actions always speak louder than words, and when people show me better than they can tell me, I run farrrrrrr away from people like this!The incident took place several months ago, and I put this exact review on Google, but was then contacted by the owner asking me to take it down..... At the time, she rectified the matter by offering a refund of services regarding the issue I had below... I thought, no problem.... I’ll delete my review... However, it’s now going back up for all to see. I’m noticing that it’s not just the old nail tech that the issue was with, but this is just Cassandra as an individual. Her words are very contradictory to her actions when it came down to the professionalism and how she chose to be toward me as a person....Needless to say, she did hire another nail tech, that I immediately followed on IG, since she was introduced by the owner sometime ago.... I then thought to myself, what type of professional goes to the owner and tattletales that a client is bothering them via social media and text, when all I did was like a picture or two, and reached out via text to ask of her availability per her IG Site.... Then the unprofessional refusal to service me text came today from the owner.... I then decided to post my opinion of the Salon Owner, and the new nail tech that came on board to replace Lebra....The incident that previously transpired was:Details- 05/24/2018I was blocked by the Salons nail tech Lebra for posting a picture of my manicure from another salon on Instagram after trying to remedy an issue that was fairly simple by means of communication.... Professionalism should always be carried across the board, in spite of where a client chooses to have their services done.... I thought I wouldn’t put this out publicly, until I saw that I went against my better judgement with Lebra, and to inform the owner on the type of person that represents her salon....I text messaged Lebra on Saturday 5/12/18 to inform that my skin was peeling around my heels and sides of my foot just a week and a half after having my pedicure; and if she had used any new or different products on my feet???? She asked me to send her a picture... I informed that I had already soaked and oiled my own feet essentially, and there wasn’t a picture to send to her.... Roughly less than a week later, Lebra saw my posted picture of manicure and pedicure services with another salon and blocked me on IG..... I’m sorry, but as a person that expects my services 100% a relaxing yet a professional experience, she turned out to be opposite of the person that I entrusted on my hands and my feet the past few months... I will never go against my better judgement again!!!!
