I had a good experience touring with Paige. We toured the whole property and she was very friendly and helpful!
Do not live on the fourth floor. We lived on the corner unit facing stairs and elevator. Prior to pandemic, it was never that bad. You will hear everything now. People playing music and having phone calls on speaker aloud in the halls. Just why? The walls are poorly insulated so you can hear them playing Family Guy reruns, moaning noises, and even so loud that you can Shazam your neighbors’ playlist through the wall. The guy next door uses bass on speaker and loud parties into 3am into morning, knocked down our picture frames while slamming his friends against the shared wall. You can smell weed through the vents and also hear when people use the bathroom. We had to flip the bed/living space because there was always noise. Insanity.
If you are not a heavy sleeper, this is not the place for you. There is music at least 2 times weekly from people until 4am in the morning. The people are pretty loud most times. I am not exaggerating. Other than loud neighboors its a good facility. I think the management team does well. But man I really underestimated the noise issues. I wished I had done more research on that before signing my lease. At my old apartment of 10 years I can count on one hand the noise issues I had. I have been here 2 months and am still blown away with the noise levels, I never expected it to be this way. The Gym is nice though, the common area is nice. I like the location. The unit itself is ok also. Good space. I like the washer and dryer units. I like the trash services, so you do not have to go all the way outside. Parking is good I can usually get a pretty close spot. Good location also.
The girl that works at the front desk named paige is totally races she was very disrespectful and unprofessional this was an Horrible experience for me just stopping by to view the property
I lived at arbor lofts for two years and i cant say enough nice things about the management team here. Crystal especially was always on top of literally ANY request I had. I inquired about getting some new gym equipment and she pushed to get approval from the owner and ordered everything I asked for. It’s very hard to come by such a competent individual who can manage so much. Thank you Crystal and team!
If I could give the property manager, Paul, 5+ stars, I would! But alas, there are only 5 stars here. The property management company (Corporate) for Arbor Lofts IS LUCKY TO HAVE somone like Paul managing their rental property. Paul adds unparalleled value to what is already a beautifully set up loft-style apartment living. These picture windows are to die for!Regardless of the level of maintenance or leasing office request (they make you choose whether priority of request is high, medium, or low), they treat(ed) each and every request of mine a PRIORITY. Paul is exceptionally responsive, even-keeled in making suggestions on how to be a wise tenant vis-a-vis neighboors (good and bad), and firm but good-natured in his mangement style.Paige, the leasing assistant, is likewise, friendly (sweet-natured), responsive, and accommodating. The maintenance guy, Brian, does his job professionally and meticulously. My experience here at Arbor Lofts is BEYOND pleasant. Paul, Paige, and Brian make my Arbor Lofts suite my home. In the interest of not turning this review to a novel, let me sum this up:For one like I who has not been a tenant most of my life (since I owned my home until after my divorce; rented an apartment only while I was at law school), experiencing Pauls management style made my tenant experience do a complete 360 from my previous apartment experience at the Park Lane Apartments whose managers were unresponsive, plain derisive, and who did nothing more than lip-service.Paul, you are Arbor Lofts! Thank you for you and what you do.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Christal has been nothing but the most supportive landlord ever. This was my first place out on my own and she made it feel like home. She provided furniture, things for clothing and etc. I can tell she cares, she has been the best and I couldn’t thank her more! I will definitely refer. Thank you Christal for being awesome!
Apartments are lovely. Staff can sometimes be a bit rude. Not sure if they are overworked or simply are not given the power to make decisions but they seem very short when issues are reported. Security would be my one red flag when recommending this place to a prospective renter. Exterior and interior doors that are supposed to be accessible only by key fob are frequently left jammed open at all hours of the night giving anyone access to all levels of the building. Assigned covered parking is also offered but there is no enforcement of this so you will quite often find your space taken which can be a bit frustrating. Also would like to see a more user friendly system in place to identify and buzz people in. The current system leaves much to be desired and most likely you will find it easier to walk form your apartment to the entrance to let people in. For the cost of these apartments I believe they could do better.
Things have been getting a lot better thanks to the new property manager, Crystal. All requests for maintenece will be looked into, or at the very least you will be given timely updates as to why they cannot immediately fix something (normally due to contracting outside workers). All issues are taken seriously, and the quality of life has drastically improved.Overall they are keeping a close eye on this building and show concern for their residents. While slightly more expensive than other places around the area, this is a new building that has been taken care of and that hardly, if ever, has the issues that older apartments do (smells from previous residents, outdated kitchen and furnishings, plumbing, faulty electricity, etc.).One thing that I would like to see improved are the quality of the doors for the individual apartments (not the glass doors giving access to the building). While there isnt a security issue concerning who is allower access into the building, some of the apartment doors within the complex are flimsy. Yes, they lock, but a plywood door with a decent lock will only do so much against someone trying to break down a door.I would reccomend this apartment complex to others.
