Just to clear, Terri Rossemen is a paid bot. The building is as old as Benjamin Franklins used toilet paper. Fragile and musty. I feel like bleach wont help clean my friends place. But hey! if you like exercising, then the stairs will be your savior because the elevators never work

These spacious, high ceiling-ed, amazing value, apartments were built more than 50 years ago! Think Vintage Luxury. If my apartment was an automobile I would expect maintenance issues. Older parts are harder to find, specialty laborers needed, etc.Since I moved here in 2017 my favorite things are the smart phone app that allows me to screen visitors and buzz them in the front door (even from off-site) and the laundry rooms, managed by WASH.COM that can also be used with an app. NO COIN GATHERING NECCESSARY (unless you still prefer coins.)The owners have been steadfastly upgrading the building with an entirely new, whole building plumbing system, brand new bathroom fixtures, lobby and other areas repaired and freshly painted.Bonus...Tennants deliveries are received, organized and distributed by management office, contactlessly. And extra bonus!!! Some of the best views in Oakland county!

My dads heat was out for 2 weeks who is a senior citizen and they didnt try to do anything about it. They havent compensated his rent or anything. They are a horrible management company and as of today his heat still has not been fixed. They are the worst company around. Dont rent from them because what they ask for in rent is not what they give in services.On November 7, 2017, they did finally come out to fix the heat but it went right back out. My dad has called them and they dont consider heat being out a major priority. This company does not value senior citizens.

Only thing I can say is they are spacious... but be prepared to be hauling clothes back in forth to the laundromat. There is a continuous issue with the washing machines and dryers on almost every floor. Literally, its the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced in my entire life from a rental property. I cant wait to move.

Absolutely awful. Water leaks through the ceiling and vents. My property was damaged. Mold set in. Nothing done about it

This is a horrible place to rent from. My Dad is a senior citizen who has been without heat for 2 weeks. They dont care about their tenants at all. The building manager didnt try to take anything off of the rent for his inconvenience. They came out today to fix it and it went rigt back out. This is ridiculous he is still without heat.
