My family and I moved in over the summer. Jessica made the whole process easy for us. She was the only person working in the office at the time but still took the extra time to get to know me and my boys. They look forward to running into her around the property. We love our Radius Community.

Do not leave here, the management staff is unprofessional they have high turn over rate of employees in the office. I lived her for 6 year and I cannot wait until my leave it up. The wall are thin and you can constantly hear your neighbors. I will never recommend this property to anyone. Residents have stolen out of my storage unit tired to break in my door and have stolen my car tires. I moved to another unit in the property and the manager had all my storage items throne away without telling. I repeat do NOT move to this property not worth the head ache. If I could give them a negative star I would.
I came in to tour a 1bd after seeing one of their post on craigslist, The 1bd was spacious and looked like they just put in new carpet and kitchen counters, Julius our whoever was in the main office answered all my questions and was really honest when it came to my concerns about the property.
I have a client that stays in this community and unfortunately she fell behind on her rent, I contacted Jessica in the leasing office to see what she could do for me and pointed me in the direction of the cera program, to make a long story short; my client is no longer behind on her rent and was able to get a job to get back on their feet without the stress off getting evicted. thank you guys once again!!
I Randomly stopped at Radius to ask about their availabilities and features the leasing consultant had no problem answering all my questions and even squeezed me in to take a tour of their property. The professionalism and communication received in the leasing office was above and beyond.
The management staff and the maintenance team are always very friendly, timely, efficient and helpful. Even for the smallest things they always respond and check out the problem. Ive recently relocated due to my job to the Radius at Ten Mile and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here! Everybody is very helpful, informative, responsive and kind. Karma and Jetta both helped me and made the move-in process easy and simple for me. Good management is very hard to find these days and I can tell everyone here genuinely loves their jobs and taking care of the community. Not to mention its also a beautiful complex. The apartments are incredible and CLEAN! I would recommend the Radius for anyone looking good moving experience.

Virtually leasing an apartment was definitely a different experience for me. I worked with the leasing consultant, Karma. She was awesome!! She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. She made the process smooth and she was always very responsive. She really provided a concierge level service! Thank you Karma so much for making this process so simple and easy. I love my apartment! I also loved that when she gave me my keys she said “Welcome Home!” That statement really warmed my heart and I truly do feel at home! Thank you Karma!
I’ve been a resident for a little over a year and a half. I love living here. The staff are truly delightful and professional. Maintenance is the best. They complete work orders within 24-48 hours and they keep our grounds clean! They have a long time resident with me.
I called about looking for a new home. I was spoken to with a high level of professionalism and respect. Unlike many places which I have recently called. Moving is never easy, but it they made me feel at ease. Especially with the COVID stuff going on.Theyre most deff on my list of potential Places I may move too.
I moved here in 2017 when it was called Silver Oaks. It was exactly what I needed. Wheelchair accessible and an ADA compliant apartment with a beautiful view of the pool. The property is now under new management. The wheelchair ramp to the front entrance of the building removed. A ramp was put at the back of the building that takes 4 turns to get off of and on to the sidewalk. My parking place was moved to the back of the building connected to another building that is 4 times further away from my building. And my rent is going up again. I am on a fixed income. It seems to me this new owner wants no part dealing with disabled tenants. They moved me to the back of the building so I would not be seen from the pool and front office exiting and returning to my building. This is just a summary of what I am going through with this place. Would you want live some place like this?
We were told to come by anytime between 11-4 today. My wife and I arrived at 2 PM. There was no one in the office. We waited for 45 minutes and nobody showed up. Clearly they are not serious about conducting business with anyone. I recommend looking elsewhere. If this is how they treat prospective residents, I dont want to know how they treat residents locked into a contract.
Update: I’ve been living here 9 months. I will say the office management has gotten better, the gym is a really nice touch to the complex. During the winter I didn’t experience any sewer smell from the A/C however I do still smell it from the shower :(.We will not be resigning our lease. However after seven months of being here we were notified that we should have gas in our name (when we moved in we were told to only get DTE) the manager responded (well we to have two locations and one of them don’t require gas maybe that’s where the confusion came from ) lol uhm okay so because of your confusion you want to charge me late fees? I think NOT! They ended up getting removed thankfully. However this complex is just a big no for me... weed smell all the time, people park wherever (even in your spot!!Everything is old!! They just paint over everything the tub is gross and they just paint over it... but you charge a cleaning fee? LolHow ever I will update my star from 2 to 3 because it has gotten better then when we first moved in.Ive been living here for almost 6 months now. I do want to talk about the good this property has to offer. I enjoy the open floor plan and how big the apartment truly is. I also feel the maintenance team is very responsive and they always fix whats needed when needed.I do not enjoy how my home smells like sewer. When the air cuts on it is a horrible smell. The office has had (crack head) looking plumbers come check out the property. Though the plumbers confirmed sewer smell from the air vents all the office did was hire a carpet team to put baby powder in my vents problem solved? I think not. After contacting the office for over a week asking for another plumbing team to come out and do a second opinion that never happened though the manager agreed as well as saying shed have our levels tested in our home. 2 weeks went by and nothing no appointment, no follow up.. NOTHING. We are fortunate enough that when our home does sale in Vegas we get to leave here. These apartments are OVER PRICES, OFFICE DOESNT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WASHES DONT WORK... Its like you have to do the job for the office in order to get a response. I would love to hire a team and figure out what it is and take them to court but my husband is just over it at this point and ready to just break the lease. I wouldnt recommend living here even when your parking spot has been taken they do nothing you have to go down stairs get the space number, car, ls plate like they literally do nothing... so over this place.
I have lived in this apartment complex for over two years. I am very satisfied with the establishment The Town homes are very spacious. The staff is very professional and respond to request for repairs in a timely manner. The complex is quiet however it is family friendly. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas and easy access to major freeways. The grounds are clean and neat. I have wonderful neighbors. Great place to live. Enjoy the outdoor pool in the summer and looking forward to the fitness facility that is in the planning stages for later this year.

Working with Seanteca was amazing. Ive lived in 2 other apartments and she was by far the most patient and friendly. She answered all questions and helped me with whatever I needed help with. I am absolutely IN LOVE with my new apartment. Maintenance responds quickly which is a plus as well.
I have been living here almost 4 years and when my husband and i need something done in our apt. it is done very quickly and the staff and maintenance staff are very professional .
New management seems to be serious about improving property and and structures. Ive noticed significant activity and there are stated plans to do more. Overall, its a good community to live in and any service needs Ive required were dealt with promptly.
This my home for a long. And I feel comfortable here.
Management is rude. They offer no services. They will not answer phones ever. The amenities offered to get people in are not consistent. The pool is down or closed when they feel like it the televisions dont work in the fitness center. The garbage cans are always overflowing. Theyre quick to try to charge you some random fee for whatever frivolous, random thing they feel like.The maintenance crew is top notch but management doesnt want to pay for replacing old appliances, carpet, etc.They are constantly going up on rent and steadily going down on what they offer.
The swimming pool has been out of service the entire summer and no one seems to care. Fitness center TVs do not work. They are slow to send someone to do repairs. I like the maintenance staff they are awesome. Management is horrible.
I’ve always had a good experience. The maintenance man is always very courteous, and does a great job.
I had a problem with my appliances and maintenance was called. Director of Maintenance, Willie came by to look at my stove and refrigerator. He also checked my air conditioner. He was very thorough and professional. He sent a maintenance guy named Gary to fix the problem. Gary finished the job in less than 20 minutes and he did a very complete and thorough job. I sincerely appreciated them both.

STOLEN TIRES NO SECURITY false idea of a gated community... I been there a short period of time and have seen 4 cars including mine with the tires stolen... this is not something new I been told now I regret moving in.
I am a current resident and can not wait to move. I live in the 3 bedroom townhomes. Besides the townhouses being spacious everything about it is old and needs updating.However the worst part of living here is all the car break ins including mine and management is doing nothing to protect their residents or their property.
I LOVED my unit. It is very spacious, especially for the rent. Mainence responded pretty quickly. However, the communication with management was horrible!! If you never have a question or want a returned phone call from management, then you will love it. I personally think it is not professional for a company to lack in the communication department. I guess it would help if they had online bill pay that showed what you owe.
I wish I would have read these reviews before I moved in the building. Staff is great but like a few people on the reviews,my tires were stolen off my car. I saw 3 other cars setting in bricks besides mine. The police just caught someone trying to steal my tires again last week, that was the last straw. The complex knows that they have a theft issue and obviously dont care. I am moving out in September. The gate doesnt work. This is not a gated community.
The complex is in need of major repairs. Some repairs r health and safety issues. There seem to be a need to focus on daily maintenance such as snow removal that impacts the safety of tenants. The current management is new but quality of buildings is in jeopardy. The new owner started in the winter and the work that needs to be done requies outside improvements. I have observed managements immediate action taken to fallen tree removal. The staff has been very courteous and if there r service concerns the response excellent. I am satisfied with my apartment.

Very unprofessional, packages come up missing if you have deliveries received in their office, no communication between tenants and office professional, people smoke weed and management does nothing, not gated. Better properties in the area for the cost.

Today on 07/25/18 we had a wonderful pool party/ luau come and stay at this wonderful apartment complex.
Carmita and Jessica are the best leasing agents theyve had since I moved in (6yrs ago) however aside from getting new fridge.. dish washer .. and door wall.. updates are needed inside and out .. .. apple trees that bloom every other summer and fall off the tree .. vermin feces everywhere .. they hang around feasting on the apples all summer into the fall its disgusting ... and they dont clean it up unless you ask and there is a tree at nearly every entrance .. so the expense of cutting them down ..makes it a non issue .. its 2 stars ..but the other star is for the agents because they dont give you attitude when you complain..
New management have made efforts to improve the outer appearance of this complex; however, my neighbors and I continue to experience ongoing plumbing and fixture issues inside the townhome that continue to go unaddressed and/or are recurring. I’ve lived in my unit for almost two years and I’ve had 5 septic tank leaks in the basement (they say it’s coming from my neighbor), 4 shower breaks/leaks leading to ceiling leaks in the kitchen, leading to horrible plaster and paint work in the ceiling area. The response to these matters are disappointing to say the least. My basement has once again flooded with septic waste on Sunday (8/19). I called on Monday (8/20). It is Wednesday (8/22)and I still have not received a response from maintenance. I’ve left messages on the office and afterhour phone service to no avail. I typically have to plan to go to work late so that I can stop by the front office to place a formal complaint; I request the building managers contact info, and miraculously someone’s in my complex to “place a bandaid” on the issue that same day. The area is usually surface cleaned the leaving heaps of disgusting waste that I have to go behind and remove, along with one small fan to dry two different rooms. Then I have to call back repeatedly to demand that the carpet be sanitized and professionally cleaned. All of my belongings in the basement are sitting on crates in preparation of the next waste episode. The housing is clearly old and desperately needs to be updated (cabinets, showers, plumbing, etc,). It doesn’t matter how lovely the outside looks if the insides are falling apart. It’s all false advertisement in my opinion. My family and I will be moving soon.
Dont even bother checking this place out, rent is too high, and maintenance is the biggest joke. I am moving out of this place because of the lack of responsibility and respect of the tenets time. They are a mess, the first month after paying the rent and they cashed my check, I get a notice in the mail saying that I have not paid my first month rent and I was supposed to move out. After talking to the staff, they told me that they have found my check and it was sent by mistake, right! In addition to, the lack of proper noise insulation.The good, some of the staff members are nice and try their best to help you. The swimming pool in the Summer time is a cool place to hang out. The electricity does not go out often compared to some of Detroit areas.
Apartment complex is becoming more and more ghetto. I lived here about 15 years ago and it was a gated community with a guard on duty. Now theres only a half broken down remnant of a gate to give the illusion of a gated community. I moved back because I love the location and thought the same amenities were available. However, I realized soon after I signed my lease that the club house could not be used after hours, lighting is particularly bad, my carpet has square cuts through it where I assume stains have been replaced. The carpet looked so good at first sight. The appliances are as old as the complex in my unit. Theres no Gym, etc... But they are always saying they are raising rents to match the surrounding area.When I lived here before it was $950 per month and you paid all of your utilities including the water. When I returned, I was excited to find rentals for two bedroom/two bathrooms were only $835 plus all utilities. I should have thought twice but I never thought it would be such an issue to live here. So they recently raised rent by $50 to $885 + $42 for water ($927)My unit sits next to the parking lot where when people come in late night with car music bumping, it wakes you up. Theres another tenant who sits in his car smoking weed usually 11p to 3 or 4 am. My laptop was stolen from the trunk of my car. The management is super cheap about repairs and replacements and have lots of excuses about why things arent being done. Case in point, there is a unit that is facing 10mile road. There was a fire there a year ago and instead of making it look presentable, they say they are waiting for insurance money...super red flag!I plan to leave next spring so I will put up with the circumstances (and there is so much more).There are plenty of people living here who obviously dont have a problem...My goal here is to say be very aware of what your getting. It may be that my location and unit within this complex is the problem and other apartments are better but I advise that you look very carefully.

It is a pleasant community with a good location near supermarkets and restaurants, the complex and the apartment are in good condition and I am very happy to live here as well as the staff is very nice
