I have had some good experiences with Elevated Billing but the bad experiences far outweigh the good. They made multiple and often times the same catastrophic billing mistakes over and over again from billing the wrong information to double billing causing us to have to pay back large amounts of money and loosing face with insurance companies. It was months of irregular revenue, countless hours of tracking down mistakes and trying to fix them, many sleepless nights and indescribable frustration. The worse part is their current CEO Dan Samuels threatened me when I wanted to leave and it is my opinion that he is dishonest and disingenuous person. In their defense one of their manager Jessica Anderson made the best of a bad situation by cleaning up the majority of the mistakes and doing her best to make it right. All in all it was one of the worse experiences for my business and I would recommend going elsewhere for billing needs.

I have been working with Elevated Billing for some time now and I love them. They have updated their billing system a couple times in the past but have always been great to train myself and our staff on using it. Crystal Gagon has been nothing but great to work with. Jacee Bullock is my favorite. I have never had to ask twice for assistance. If Jacee wasnt able to answer a question she gets right on finding me the person that can. Ive been out of the office and was able to contact her and she took care of the issue at hand. I have threatened to leave my job if we were to get rid of Elevated Billing. Great co.

Do your research on this company, they billed according to how they would make the most money, not what was in the practices best interest. They are not transparent with billing and cost our facility over $30,000.00 in liabilities to insurance payers. This is not counting the consistent mistakes that cost our organization money on a regular basis; resulting in their inability to communicate internally, follow-up on claims, provide timely billing services, et cetera. Moreover, it was our company that identified wrongful billing that Elevated provided to all clients; they sent out a mass email reflecting the errors that we found. We parted ways with the understanding that monies owed (less than $11,000.00) would be written off due to the issues that arose from their billing practices and advise and in lieu of the massive liabilities left in their wake; this was promised by the owner Jeremy Golesh. Over 12 months later we are in litigation over the amount that Elevated claims is owed despite the previous agreements. If you are looking for transparency, expertise, and integrity, avoid this company.All of the reviews you will find on this company are from employees.
