Horrible. I Do not recommend this company. Dumped all the trash on my property because I wasnt there to pay him on time. Do not use this company

This complaint is very far from the truth. There was never any swearing . Never got out of the truckAnd the tree limb that hung over the driveway at the road was at least 10” thick and the customer had a small hand saw only . I informed him that I would have to come back later as this would take to longFor me to sit and wait . As we are familiar with this area we asked the customer over the phone if the driveway was clear of trees and power lines and had been told that it was .....

I called to schedule having a dumpster delivered, he was very difficult to work with on the phone and said several times that he doesn’t have to choose me because he has other people that are better options. I wasn’t really sure how to deal with that, so I ignored it and try to appease him by saying I would meet him there personally to aid in the drop off. Before ending the call I said there are some trees over the driveway but that if it was a standard 20 yard dumpster there would be no issue as I’ve already had three in the weeks prior. He said yeah, it had better fit or I’m onto the next job. Again, I ignored that. When he arrived it was clear immediately the dumpster was not standard and was rather oddly shaped, it was box like and about 10 feet tall and look more like a garbage bin then a construction dumpster. I told him I would need to cut a branch or two for this to work, he began to swear and walk back to his truck, he sat in the truck and waited so I assumed he was waiting for me to cut the branches. I grabbed a saw and began, as I was halfway done he rolled down the window yelled a few cursewords and drove away. The most disgusting part of all of this is he had a young boy in the seat up front around 12 who was watching this. I suppose the only positive thing to say, is that he was there within 20 minutes of the time scheduled.

Absolutely do not recommend.
