Stopped to pick up a parts did not have it so they ordered them. I wanted to pay for it then and have them send it out to us. No can not do that will call us when they get it and pay them then. Dont know why titan cant take payment up front???

We had our air seeder delivered and the delivery trucker Daniel knew what he was doing. He had no troubles turning around in our yard with that big air seeder. Instead of just parking it wherever, he walked around the yard and found me to ask where he should park it. He was pleasant and nice to visit with.

Fast unload/great yard

The delivery trucked Daniel picked up a tractor for us and took it back to titan for service work. He was on time even with the bad weather and was very friendly. He did an excellent job, highly recommend!

Excited to buy a new zero turn and heard good things about grasshoppers. I went in there and bought one and they said they would have it out the same day. They brought it out to me almost a week after I bought it expecting it to be within a timely manner or within the day or 2 hopefully. I called them and told them that the mower was having issues and they said they would have someone come pick it up. A month later this $13,000 piece of junk sits in my lawn. I’m looking at selling it with less than 5 hours and finding somewhere that has customer service.
