It was a long process during these trying times, but Marc kept us informed regularly. The quality of workmanship from demolition to rebuilding was superb.

We had a ugly fiberglass shower enclosure that I wanted to replace with a Real shower. I could not find tile I liked at the Big Box stores, so decided to check the web. It was the favorable reviews on Google, that persuaded me to make the drive to South Daytona from DeLand to check Wadsworth out. I was just hunting for tile at first, as a family friend was going to do the work for us. Zack greeted us when we arrived and was very helpful, he told us about Wadsworths Lifetime guarantee, and that they use their own employees to do the work. I did not find anything that jumped out at me, but then I wasnt sure what I wanted at that point in time. Zack left such a good impression, that when I did find tile I liked at another business, I sent him pictures of both tiles and asked him if they had anything close. They did, so he asked their Estimator, Marc, to bring the samples to our home in DeLand, and to also give us a free estimate to do the work. I was happy with the samples and felt the quote was very reasonable. We decided to go ahead and have Wadsworth do the job for us, and skip using the family friend. So glad I did, their crew was very professional and easy to work with. I am SO HAPPY with our new shower!!! I HIGHLY recommend Wadsworth Flooring and Remodeling:)

We had vinyl plank flooring installed a couple of weeks ago. It is amazing how going from dark to light flooring has made are home look so much better. The two installers Mickey and Eric were very friendly and professional they did excellent work. Our experience with Wadsworth flooring was very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.

After an agonizing, frustrating experience with another carpet company, who basically failed to finish the job, we visited Wadsworth. Talk about a 180 degree turn. The entire process (measuring, choosing the material, installation and payment) went so smoothly, we were thrilled. Our installer, Chuck Lee, was extremely talented and did an excellent job laying wood-look tile in three bedrooms. This service included tearing out the carpet and pad and hauling it away. We are literally way over 100 percent satisfied and would recommend Wadsworth Flooring to anyone in need of flooring of any type.

Great experience!!! We have had our floors now for 6 months and we are still really excited about our decision to use Wadsworth. We were going to initially use a big store brand for flooring but after Wadsworth explained the difference in product and quality of their tile....we made the leap and went with Wadsworth. We are glad we did. We will have more tile layed in our house later and without question... will use Wadsworth again.

There is one man there that ruined this place for me. My family had intentions of buying flooring and backsplash from them as they liked their product. However, older gentleman was very rude to us and would not let us take his precious cabinet sample to match up with granite at another place. We would have returned it the same day and made the order for flooring. He treated us like we were scum of the earth and didnt bother to talk to us decently or would have found out what our intentions were. We are hard working, honest people who want to be treated just like any other paying customer. Wont be hard to find a better place to shop!!

We recently purchased tile for our Florida room. Store staff (Ann & Zack) were very helpful and informative in helping us make our selection. Marc came to our home a few days later and provided us an on the spot quote for material and installation. He also scheduled the installation which was completed today by their installer, Chuck, who was on time, courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job with the tile installation. We are extremely pleased with the results.We have purchased carpet and vinyl from Wadsworth previously and have always had our expectations met or exceeded by this company and its staff. We would highly recommend them to everyone for a stress free and top quality home improvement.

I am crazy excited about my new floors from wadsworth flooring! The sales staff answered every question I had about the tile floor. It only took one trip to the store and required very little time to select my porcelain tile. The staff is family oriented and gave me the confidence to leave everything in their hands. The installers are fantastic, clean and very friendly! All my guests rave about my new vinyl planks, and the tile job is perfect! They are a local company and took care of everything. Being a small business owner I was very impressed!

I just cannot express how wonderful this business is to work with! Our condo was a full reno right down to the studs after Matthew in 2016 and to make a long story short, Mark and Zac were masterful and a pleasure to work with! Over nearly the past 4 years they stored our tile, we even met the owner when we were down visiting (we live in Ohio).......it was stressful being 1,000 miles away but our tile is done and it is spectacular! We recently replaced the tile in our kitchen and the 20 year old carpet in our living room, dining room, and hall with LVP (luxury vinyl plank). Dave Wadsworth and his staff were wonderful from guiding us to pick out the perfect flooring for our home to the installers. Dave brought samples out to our home and made sure the colors went perfect with our tastes and existing furniture. The installers were awesome working tirelessly to be sure our floors were just as we wanted, going so far as sweeping up and taking away all trash and remnants. The only way to tell they were here was by looking at our beautiful new floors. Giving Wadsworth Flooring one star for showing up at our house to measure for the job. We wanted to have a bathroom remodel, they came and took our bathroom measurements, discussed what needed to be done, said they would call us with estimate. They never called us back. Sadly this isnt unusual, this has happened from several companies advertising remodels.

Wadsworth has been our go-to for flooring for decades and we continue to enjoy doing business with them. Their work is professional quality and highly skilled. Owner Dave is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hard-working.

During the week of June 4 thru June 9 Wadsworth Flooring installed 700+ square feet of beautiful Italian plank tile in my dining and living rooms. The installers did an excellent job paying close attention to detail and our well being during this transition. They kept us informed of their daily game plan - no surprises.The end result was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Wadsworth Flooring for all your flooring needs as they had also installed our carpeting 21 years ago when we built our home. Carpeting they removed that had stood the test of time and as they said was still in excellent condition.I took approximately 50 pictures of the daily progress which I posted on FB. I so love my new floor - so easy to care for - everyone loves it!!!Thank you Wadsworth for another job well done.

I was given this vendor to call to do a bathroom vanity replacement and laundry closet remodel. I called them 5 times and they would never return the call. They are not interested in work. Call someone else.

Very disappointed. We were promised great service, even spoke to the Manager about customer service in our first meeting at their store. They even assured me they were on Angies list as one of the better facilities. When their Sales Manager failed to arrive for their scheduled appointment, I called them and they said that somehow our appointment got erased from the board...no call back, no double checking. UGH!Very disappointing. I cancelled everything with them. Moving on to find someone that actually wants to work for the sale.

I wanted the experience of having a porcelain floor installed to be a positive one. We paid a premium price of $14,000 ($4000 over the next highest bid for the same floor) to insure we had the best people and materials. We were promised the highest standards by Wadsworth Flooring and our contract clearly states we were to choose the materials for our baseboards. My wife has chemical sensitivity and we needed to have a special caulk called EcoBond. David Wadsworth had agreed to use only the safest materials in our initial consultation. What ruined the experience was the dishonesty, manipulation and false promises we were given. The baseboards were not the main part of the job but the owners attitude played a major role in us losing faith in this company. We were not consulted ahead of time about the baseboards, which delayed the job. Then, the baseboard installer told us hed been asked to finish the job on his day off. He did about 10 feet of the caulking and it looked fine, but he told us that he could not do the bottom of the baseboards (they were not properly beveled during the install) because it would create a mess and be too much work. He walked off the job. The safest caulk required mineral oil for clean up, rather than water, and it would have taken him longer to do than a standard caulk. We suggested a number of compromises, such as finishing only the cracks and nail holes in the baseboards, but from then on we got nothing but false promises and manipulation from Wadsworth. He was determined that we use a low VOC caulk instead of the NO VOC caulk we had requested. He had all sorts of excuses. First, he said the safe caulk would ruin our walls and floors because it didnt clean with water, but his workman had done 10 feet of the top and even amateurs use this caulk. The part of the job already done looked perfectly fine and we knew that they had allotted no time for the job to be done. Second, they claimed the low VOC caulk was good enough and it would not bother my wife. People with chemical sensitivity can react even to low levels of VOC which is why NO VOC is required. Dave Wadsworth insisted that he would do anything to make this right, but the truth is we made the mistake of paying him before the job was completed. Once hed been paid his workmen cleared out. Wadsworth Flooring refused to allot the extra time necessary to properly caulk our baseboards, leaving the job unfinished. We now have to hire another contractor and are quite upset over what should have been a small part of a larger job.
