I have architectural and engineered stamped and approved home remodel plans which are simple and only add dormer windows to an upstairs room. He said it was too tough of a job and did not want to do it. He is clearly not interested in working! This is while other general contractors are placing bids to do this job. Dont waste your time even calling him as he is not interested in anything except the easy work. Lazy!

Decided to do a Job, then never called back. Lacks of integrity. You had been warned.
