Vicki tried to trick me into spending 80 extra dollars a month on a policy and was extremely rude towards me because I chose to start my policy online instead of through her agency. Horrible experience with her, but her office staff was helpful and kind. Consider going elsewhere.

I was talked into jumping on with a new insurance company for my homeowners policy. Three months later I get a notice of cancellation due to a supposed failed roof inspection that I was not even informed about. This person actually came onto my property while I was not home and took a bunch of pictures. My home is only 16 years old, however this person felt that my roof was in bad condition. Then the owner of this agency emails me to say not only am I getting cancelled but also that she has no options for me until I replace my roof. I felt like I just got completely screwed over by these people and they really didnt value my business. Customers should be treated better than this and I will never do business with them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!In addition I have had 3 roof inspections and all of them agree that roof has at least 5 years left. Unfortunately my Allstate Agent never told me that I could get something like a 5 year roof guarantee from a certified roofing company. Instead I was just told that they have no options until my roof is replaced. I was able to get insured right away with another company so why didnt you have any options? Its because you didnt try not because you didnt have options.
