If anyone ever answered the phone or returned emails I might die of shock. Current customer here...

WOW! Just wow. I called today to get a homeowners quote and was greeted by Nancy. She quickly took my information and got me over to an in house agent that started working up my quote. She was very attentive and open to discussing different coverage limits with me. The agent seems to very knowledgeable about insurance. After 15 minutes I had the cheapest homeowners quote i have received yet in the 35 years owning my home AND HIGHER COVERAGES! I was so pleased with the service i also went ahead and got my auto and flood insurance with Brightway as well.Call this company, you wont be disappointed.

My family has been doing business with the Daytona Beach Brightway office for a number of years. We are very happy with the customer service they have provided. The agents are nice and are available most of the time when I call. I am confident that my family has the best value and most affordable auto and homeowners insurance available in the market.

I will never step a foot in this offive ever again . Would take any of your business else where . They told me something that sounded good threw email so I went in to pay to get insurance for my business and come to find out they wanted me to pay for the whole year. After showing them my quote they said that not how that works and started getting an attitude and told me IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GET OUT

Overall, my experience with the Brightway office was positive. I was up and running with a great policy within minutes of calling, and the thing is much cheaper than the old company I had. I have no compaints about the office.

This is the worst insurance agent I have ever had to deal with. I have been with this company for 2 years and was trying to get an updated quote for my home insurance. This agent has given me the run around for over a month! Ive called and left multiple messages with her receptionist. Ive actually had the agent on the phone 2 separate times and promised a quote by a certain time (and then nothing came) as well as a Ill call you back in 2 minutes and then I never heard from her...its been over a week. All this has been going on for over a month and though Ive always had great service with the corporate office, I would say its not worth wasting your time to work with this particular agent.

Diana benezette is my “insurance girl”… I mean i call her when i need info about ANY type of insurance, and when I buy, i buy with her too. One- so far she always gotten me what i need in my price range, cheap. Two-absolutlyconvenient! Im a busy person and they so fit in to my schedule, all the while getting me what I want {even when I was refused justa quote from several other providers- Thought I was uninsurable- but AMAZINGLY she came through, no sweat!} Bought a house and had questions bout home insurance and BAM! nu-huh you can do that too. A friend lost their auto coverage…referred her to task and BAM-de-de-BAM BAM. ONE STOP INSURANCE …everything.

This company is the worst!!! Horrible customer service. They would not change my homeowners quote even though the policy hadnt taken effect. And then they told me we had to wait for the policy to go into effect, then the insurance company would send me a check, then I would have to send that check to my bank and then the bank would have to adjust my premium. ???? WHAT!!?? Insane. Dont give them your business.

I have been with this company for a while and Im very sorry to say that over the last 12 months customer service has gone from friendly and helpful to horribly unhelpful and literally unresponsive! Whatever staff changes were made were big mistakes!! Ive put in a request to change offices/agents.

Their inability to properly write an insurance policy cost me $10,000. I wouldnt buy a renters policy from this company.
