Quote received in 48 hours for home, car, umbrella. Nice enough lady but DID NOT CALL as requested to advise quote ready, go over questions, etc. ZERO follow up at this point (10 days). Im guessing the staff is satisfied with current book of business and doesnt need me 😑

This office has been the epitome of hard-working, trustworthy and professional. For decades. They know the business well and represent both company AND customer. The emphasis on professionalism and caring is largely lost in the corporate world but Jim, Keri, Sue, and Denise do an outstanding job of maintaining old-school values.

Let me tell you I have never been talked to like this woman Sue talked to me . I called to get a copy of an insurance card sent to me and she told me WITH ATTITUDE ! What you got is what your gonna get really loud and uncalled for . If I was looking for insurance I would not ever go to this Agent EVER !!!! Customer service is number 1 in my book and This woman Sue needs to be schooled on how to speak to customers . Or maybe they have so many that they dont need more either way . I wont send any to them for sure !!!
