We have been using Van Adams for years to clean and repair precious jewelry and purchased an amazing 10 year anniversary band there this past summer. We have always loved and appreciated the staff there and the time and care they take with each customer. But I have to say that Van just outdid himself. I had a ring custom made from several family pieces- including my mother’s diamond, diamonds from my original wedding bands, and diamonds from a ring that belonged to my wife’s grandmother. I have been looking for a family owned local jewelry store in the local area that I could trust. My first impression of Van Adams Jewelers seems to fit my needs. I have had them inspect the settings/prongs on two stone rings of mine. I have also had them add ring guards to these rings so I dont lose the rings accidentally. Both times, the staff I worked with were very helpful and congenial. The repair work is also done on the premises. I also learned that they have certified gemologists on staff.While my repairs were being completed while I had a brief wait, I browsed their jewelry collections in the store. They had beautiful jewelry with a lot of variety to choose from.I grew up using a three-generation family jeweler in my hometown in the Midwest. Since I no longer go back there very frequently, it was important to me to find a dependable jeweler in the area who did their repairs in-house. Van Adams Jewelry will continue to meet my needs going forward. I highly recommend their services!

I cannot say enough good things about Van Adams!!! My Great Grandmother gave me her wedding set before she passed 20 years ago. The set is approximately 100 years old. It had a missing stone and needed a lot of TLC. This set is priceless to me so I was so nervous about taking it anywhere. Van Adams was highly recommended but I was still nervous. However, Connie was very knowledgeable and understanding. She eased my mind by providing pictures of both rings, letting me know that the rings never leave their location, and are put into a safe each night.
