I purchased an engagement ring and warranty on May 18th and had the ring sent for resizing the same day. I was assured by both of the sales reps that the resizing would take a maximum of 10 business days. It is day 12 and I have no ring and no estimate on when I will have it. The entire process is very hush-hush and there definitely needs to be more of an effort to communicate with the customer. Barring a large change in quality of communication from what I have already experienced, I would not recommend any purchase that requires service.

My father took a ring to be serviced at this location in February 2019 and was told in March 2019 that the ring was lost. We processed police report with officer BOHN (#978). We had initially wanted to code it as Stolen but this officer said we couldnt consider it stolen because the item hadnt been missing for a longer period of time. Now, its been two years and the ring has not been recovered. I would say at this point, the ring is not lost but should be officially labeled as stolen. Obviously, during the chain of custody in which Kay Jeweler was in possession of my Fathers ring, someone must have taken it with others. This ring my father took to be serviced and trusted Kays Jeweler with, was my Grandfathers ring. When my grandfather died, he left everything to my Father, including this ring. Kays Jeweler still has not offered to properly compensate my father for his loss. They offered to give him $1200 to use at their store. This ring was not bought at their store and that amount does not take into affect the sentimental value. This ring was in my family for more than 50 years! Im disappointed in the stores treatment of my fathers precious belonging and their lack of accountability. Please do not support this establishment and seek business elsewhere.

I went to this store to get my ring resized. They were kind of busy but I didnt mind the wait. I told one of the reps what I needed and she said someone would assist me shortly. Meanwhile, two other customers came in after me. When another rep was finished. She ignored me and went straight to the customers that arrived after me. One of the customers even told her that I was there first. She preceded to ask him what he needed and then walked over to the other customer and asked them as well. Never acknowledging me. Everyone in the store saw what she did. And it was very obvious. I never felt more disrespected at store than at that moment. I will never go to this store again. She dismissed me as though I wasnt going to do business with them. Kays has lost my business for sure.

He is incredibly knowledgeable about the field and I left with a beautiful diamond necklace, compliments left and right, and new info on diamontology. I used to love this location when they had better customer service. They had a representative by the name of Courtney or Adrienne (Cant remember her name) but she was AMAZING! UNFORTUNATELY, she left and went to the Conyers location. Every since she left, the store has gone down hill. I dropped three Movado watches off for battery replacements and one diamond ring. I was told that they would be ready in two weeks or three weeks. Its 2 months later and Ive had to call this location and go by there repeatedly about my items. I threatened to call corporate and ask if a sudden 2 of my watches and my diamond ring appeared the next day. My last Silver Movado is still being repaired close to 3 months later. I will be contacting consumer affairs and their corporate office. I believe that they list the watch, like the other reviews mentioned. When I called today, the rep name Fatou had the audacity to act as though I was getting on HER nerves. Last time I checked, I paid over $900 for a watch they cant seem to find. What customer service!

While I’d already done my research online and had a piece in mind, the consultant listened to my criteria and helped me find the perfect necklace for my wife. The application they use to pull up your account provides clear pictures of prior purchases which allowed me to exactly match a ring and band we’d purchased the prior year. Not only did she love the necklace, she was over-the-top impressed that it matched her ring!

Kay is the worst jewelry company ever and this store has terrible customer service. The man who was staffing the store was totally rude and impatient with me when all I wanted was an inspection. It seemed to bother him to have to do his job. Last year, Kay replaced some side stones in my ring and left it looking messy and cheap. It took months of me demanding to have it repaired over and over again for it to finally look like new. I love my ring but I hate having to step foot in this store for inspections and I will never buy an item from Kay again.

Go to conyers the service is 100 times better. I waited 30 minutes for any one to help me. Afterwards, was informed they couldnt do my inspection on my jewelry because the machine was down. They could of told me when I walked in with five boxes of jewelry and warranty slips in my hand. I personally will never come here again.

Came in Saturday afternoon with my boyfriend to look at rings. No one greeted us or even looked in our direction. We thought maybe if we went and ate lunch and came back that it would be different when we returned. This time we came in, same thing... No ome paid any attention to us... A lady came in after us... Was taken care of immediately. So we went to walk out, yet again unhelped... When one of the women stopped and looked up to give us a dirty look as we left. I would think we would be perfect target couple.... Young.... Unmarried.... Looking at rings. Their loss.

I am extremely saddened and disappointed in this establishment. My father goes to Kay jewelers all the time and In February he dropped of my grandfathers ring for repair. While in their care, the ring was lost. The Snellville, ga store called my Father in March to inform him it was lost in transit along with numerous other customers merchandise. They wanted to give him $1200 store credit with lack of consideration for sentimental value. Store credit for a ring that can never be replaced?! That ring was my Grandfathers for years and when he died, he left everything to my father, including that ring. Now from trusting this company, we may never see it again.

I want to start off by saying that my family has bought multiple items from Kay. I went in the purchase a ring for my boyfriend and after being pressured to buy the most expensive thing I decided on what I originally went in for. I was told they could only buy it online but that they could do it at the store so I payed in full. I was told at checkout by the guy manager (the one that is there EVERYDAY)that I could either keep the receipt or they could shred it so I kept it. I was also told that if I needed to exchange the ring for a different size I could without a problem. When it was ready I went in to pick it up but they told me I needed a recipe to do so even though they had offered at checkout to shred it! I told them what I was told and they denied it and proceeded to make ME feel like an idiot. Once they were able to look it up they tried to give me a referbished womens ring without even checking the first name! After getting my ring and giving it to my boyfriend, it didnt fit. We went to get it exchanged like we were told we could do. The same manager claimed up and down he never said that but that they would try to figure things out and call me. They said that 4 times before I actually got an answer. I was then told that they could refund me (tie up my money) and charge me again. Not happy. After calling corporate I was told that it would take 3 MONTHS to receive a new ring when the website said it would only take 2 weeks! Needless to say I got my money back and bought the same ring for $25 cheaper at zales (within a week!) where they appreciate my business. Dont expect to see me or my family again.

Aundrea Richardson is the bomb! I’m sure all Kay’s associates are great but I’ll never shop with anyone but aundrea and if you go in just to ask her a question you’ll see why I’m saying that. She really makes sure you LOVE your purchase! If you don’t LOVE your items she knows which one you will. I go in give her my price range and I’m satisfied with what all choices she lays out for me because I shop with her so much she knows my style...She always gives me great options even if it’s a small purchase big purchase or going to the outlet ☺️☺️ She’s definitely not trying to make anyone purchase with her just for a sale she is my true diamoner lolI don’t feel less than a celebrity when I leave store. Custom ring...garbage.Bottom line: a (promised by Kaye) 6 week process, turned into over 3 months. When I finally got the ring, it looked nothing like the picture that they promised. It looked old and worn. There was no attention to detail, and even scratches on the inside. I wish I had taken a picture, to show everyone what the design looked like, and what the final product (that took over 3 months) looked like. It is enough to easily decide not to go to this Kaye. FYI- I am an easy-going guy. I have never written a review before, but this was certainly worth sharing. AWEFUL experience ...Read on for the full story that ultimately ruined my huge engagement plans...I approached this Kaye location in early October, as I understood that they created custom rings. Evan, the store manager, confirmed that they did and looked at my design (a photo of the ring I wanted created). He assured me that they could make the ring, and we began the process.I had planned a Christmas proposal, and Evan assured me that we could have the ring completed by then (this gave them over 2 months).It took almost one month to get their first set of CAD drawings made. When they sent them to me, they looked nothing like the ring. I didnt think too much about it at the time; rather, sent them detailed notes on what needed to be fixed. We then went back and forth with 2 more CAD revisions. The last set was much closer, but still not quite right. By this time, it was days before Christmas, so we pushed back the deadline to January 10th and I made other proposal plans (assuming surely he would get it done by the 10th). Evan assured me that they could make the final adjustments during the casting, so against my better judgement, I told him to go ahead.In the meantime, I made arrangements with the Fox theatre (here in Atlanta) to have a private walkthrough of the theatre on our 1 year (dating) anniversary. This is where I would propose. This was going to be complete with rose petals down the aisle, white glove ushers welcoming us in by name, etc.After several more days, I had not heard anything from the shop, so I called and was told that they would be done in 21 days or so. (This would be a week after our anniversary.) I said that was completely unacceptable, and that we were already a month past deadline. So Evan pulled some strings and said they would get it done.I went to pick up the ring the day that it was ready (3 days before the proposal plans). As I mentioned above, it looked old and extremely worn, scratched, and all-around had no attention to any sort of detail. I told them that I would absolutely not pay for that ring. So now, after working for so long to plan an elaborate proposal, I have a proposal set up, with no ring. I told Evan to refund my deposit, and he agreed to. I am going elsewhere with my business, as it is obvious that Kayes custom shop promises things that they do not have the means to deliver.

This place is MY WORST NIGHTMARE. When I dropped my engagement ring to get it resized, it took them 2 1/2 weeks to tell me they lost my engagement ring. Plus, they had the audacity to question why I was so livid. Take your business somewhere else.
