I used to live in Snellville. I traveled 45 min to A&J Jewlers to have my wedding ring and another very sentimental ring resized. I had been needing to have this service done for about a year, but didn’t trust any other jeweler with my valuables. Angie made sure that my new rings were sized perfectly. She also suggested that I get them rhodium plated. When I picked them up, they were so sparkled beyond belief. They looked like brand new rings! I highly recommend A&J for all of your jewelry needs!

One place crushed a stone on a ring I inherited from my mother... I came in to purchase a ring that we had already seen and also look for a wedding band. The sales rep was constantly distracted and very unhelpful. The band we wanted was not in stock so I was expecting a call back on Monday for a special order but never heard from anyone. Compared to every other jewelry store this was the worst experience by far and even though we liked the rings we will not be returning to purchase anything from this store.

I went in to get a mothers day gift for myself. The yu young girl helped me.. I dont think she likes me i felt so unwelcome and foolish beying there. I did find some items i liked i only had enough $$ for part of Them which is embarrassing enough...i purchased a necklace months ago and it came off or fell off my neck and i was unaware when it did..i asked for a little more of a discount.. But no..So again.... I have been in there many times ... She then told me has had Covid Twice. What a scarey thing to learn when i left there i was a nervous wreck.. She was very an oyed byme and i hope i dont catch Covid if shes had it twice... I try to be kind to all.. Maybe i annoyedher... But it didnt make my visit a happy one..

Absolutely worst experience at this location . I went in to get 3 gifts and because this location offers Pandora I figured I would buy the 2 citizen watch that I need and get 1 Pandora bracelet . I was not greeted when I entered the store and I figured it was because the associates will approach me later on (they did see me ). However when another customer walked in they proceed to take care of them immediately. Definitely felt as though because I was still wearing my work uniform they felt maybe I was not going to purchase anything . O well I rather take my business elsewhere . Never coming to this location again . Very disappointed.

Angie was so patient through the process as she helped me navigate exactly what I wanted! Ashtok, the master jeweler and gemologist, tweeked the design to insure durability and safety of the diamonds and baguettes. The end result was a masterpiece! A contemporary treasure to pass on to my daughter and generations following. I have patronized A&J since it was a tiny little shop on 78 next to Provinos. Amit kept me informed all along the way and my Fiancé only had to give up the solitaire for a short time. The ring I chose had been discontinued, however, the staff worked hard to get that ring for my husband. He surprised me at Valentine’s Day. It is perfect, just like the service at A & Js.

So my husband and I went to their store on a Monday to get some estimates done. I also wanted to see if I could customize a wedding ring since when we got married, we could only afford the band.Their service was amazing. They were very personable and professional. They looked at my heirloom ring and gave me an estimate to have a wedding ring made out of it for a reasonable price.I would definitely suggest them! Since this was my first time, I plan to update my review as time goes on since it takes 4-5 weeks of them designing the ring.Please go check them out. My future fiance and I had a wonderful experience yesterday. May 9th was the busiest day for AJ Jewelers due to the fact that it was the first day opening since being closed from Covid-19.For starters we knew we wanted to go ring shopping yesterday but we werent sure what precautions jewelers were taking. This was the first store that I called and I spoke to a nice lady named Amanda. She explained that the store was requiring guests to wear mask and head straight to the restaurant to sanitize. To protect themselves They also want masks and kept their hands clean with sanitizer.Other than the grocery store and gas station I havent been out much so I definitely wanted to be careful. This gave me great comfort and ease. Also they were only letting a few customers in the store at one time.When we got there, it was a bit of a wait but I was fine with that because I exclusively wanted to work with Amanda and Im glad I did wait. She was very pleasant and knew a lot about the diamonds. Not once did she make us feel rushed even though they were closing shortly after we arrived. It makes a huge difference when you get that personal touch. We initially had plans to visit another jeweler but because we liked her so much as well as the engagement ring selections, we decided we are going to go with AJ. To top it off before I even made it to my car, she had already sent a snapshot of the ring that we were interested in along with a nice note 🤗Anyway I just wanted to share my experience in case you are looking to find a five-star rated jeweler! I recently went to A & J to have my necklace fixed. It isn’t an expensive necklace but it is very special to me. I had gone to another local store and they told me the same necklace couldn’t be repaired, probably because i’m young and was not going to spend a lot. A & J fixed it and everyone was so nice. I will definitely go back anytime I need something!
