I recently fell on some hard times and needed to sell a 14 kt. necklace and a 10 kt. ring. THANK GOODNESS I found this place. I did my research online for going rates of gold and read some articles on how to get the most for your gold. The first place I stopped was a corporate pawn shop, thinking they would offer me the most (on advice of an article) boy were they wrong. The pawn shop tried to tell me my gold was fake and reacted to a magnet. I was so confused because I knew my gold was real. My second stop was Phoenix Gold Liquidators which offered me a great price. After receiving the offer I told him I was going to try one more place. So I went to a another nearby pawn shop which offered a little more than HALF what Phoenix Gold Liquidators offered! I was shocked! Needless to say I RAN BACK to Phoenix Gold Liquidators. I now know Phoenix Gold Liquidators to be THE FAIREST gold buyer in my area. I was more than satisfied with my experience, I found the owner to be VERY FRIENDLY! I will DEFINITELY be back if I ever need to sell any gold!

This shop was a little gem that I never knew was there until I found it on google. The store owner was so pleasant and professional. I had some scrap jewelry I didnt need and some I wasnt sure if it was costume or not and he went through every piece and gave me top dollar for what I had that was real. I also liked the inventory in the store. It will be my pawn shop from now on. He does watch batteries cheap and also does jewelry repair. Spread the word. Awesome experience.

It was a great experience! It was my first time going to a pawn shop and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and welcomed. Mark was very fair and I got a great deal on some rings I wanted to sell. Also, his services are reasonably priced.

I have been to Phoenix Gold, well today is my third. Every time I have been Ive had the best experience. My first time trying to sell gold I didnt know where to go or what to do so I noticed a place on main. When I went in they offered me $19 for half of my scrap jewelry but the camera didnt work so they asked me to come back. I went up the street and saw Phoenix Gold and they took all my scrap gold and I received $100. My second time I brought in a bracelet and 2 single earrings, I received $252. Today I had some scraps and a necklace that was 14k, I got $270. I mean I have scrap old jewelry that I never ware any more and broken bracelets that cost me too much to fix. This place is the best Ive ever heard of. The customer service is the best too. I know I have rambled on but I just feel like my experiences were so good. Lisa

This is a great business that I have visited many times. So glad it is close by! Whether it is a new battery for my watch or an item I want to buy, the experience is always pleasant and fair! If he doesnt have what I am looking for, he will always willingly direct me where it might be found... Sometimes (when he is not busy), I just stop by to chat and solve the problems of the world! I absolutely LOVE Phoenix Gold....I was in the shop looking around and the staff was very engaging....after asking me a few questions I revealed that I was facing some financial hardships....they offered to help me by asking if I had any old gold pieces around my house that I wasnt using. I instantly started laughing because I thought if I had gold I wouldnt need help...but they explained that it can be anything like an old mangled rope chain or anything that I once valued.....long story short ...I brought back some old chains from high school and was able to pay my bills for the month....They are a God send....I will recommend any and everyone to them!!!!!

Ive been here a few times to sell my scap gold. Despite the fact that the man who runs the place seems to be very friendly...he is a crooked salesman. Upon my third visit to the store. I approached him to sell my gold and he proceeded to check it out. He scratched it a few times on the black thing and poured the acid on it. He did this a few times then offered me $50 for my 7.5g 14k worth of old gold. I called my husband and told him what I was offered and he told me hell no go somewhere else. Upon leaving the store this crooked man went up to a $70 offer basically telling me to Go ahead and get another opinion but I doubt that theyll give you such a great offer. THANK GOD that I went elsewhere because I got $100 more than the ridiculous amount he came at me with. DO NOT EVER SELL YOUR GOLD to these crooks!!! Hell rob you and try to convince you to sell your stuff to him for a fraction of what its worth and do it all with a smile on his damned face. Crooked salesman like him should be outed so they can never get over on any more struggling working class Americans. Its sickening how someone can smile in your face while they rip you off!! So to the guy who owns this shady business youll never get over on me again and I will continue to expose you and your shady business!!

Gave me a ps4 controller for 30 bucks (cheapest anywhere else is 45)And he gave me a free ps3 controlller with it. At game stop thats 50 dollars and 30 dollars, i saved 50 bucks.
