I bent my engagement ring five days before my wedding and brought it in to be fixed the next business day. I was pretty distressed considering my upcoming wedding but Barron’s not only straightened it back out, but was able to do it same day and cleaned it to perfection. If they don’t have what you are looking for in the store, they will work hard to locate what you desire (or possibly even have the piece made for you!). I have been going to Barron’s for years. They have changed many watch batteries and repaired many gold chains.The staff is excellent. The service is excellent. The selection is excellent. I can’t say enough about my experience there.If you are looking for fine jewelry at a good price, then Barron’s is where you want to go.

Never Again! I have given this store three tries but I will never do business with them again. 1) I brought in my Gucci watch to replace a screw holding the band to the watch, it apparently was too small & fell out soon after. 2) Brought a 1Ct solitaire diamond ring to sell to them, they basically told me it was worthless even though they were selling similar cut & clarity for very high prices. 3) This was one of a couple of locations my insurance referred me to for a replacement claim. I was dissatisfied with they amount the provided to my insurer, I left a message for Ajay to call me to discuss however he never returned my call. Bottom line, if you arent there to purchase their overpriced jewelry, they have no interest in serving you.

Most recently, our sales consultant Bill worked with us on a number of purchases including replacing the center stone of my wifes engagement ring. Bill walked me through a number of options and he took the time to provide information and educate. He also worked with me to keep it a secret as it was a gift for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the work was delayed and it was not going to be ready in time for our anniversary (and our dinner reservation where I had planned to give it to her). I had the opportunity to work with Alisa at Barron’s. One of my baguette stones was lost from my wedding set. Fortunately, I had insurance to replace/repair my wedding set. State Farm listed Barron’s as a trusted jewelry company. Alisa was great about contacting the insurance company and working with the on site Gemologist to get my ring repaired.
