I love this place!! And i know that’s a weird thing to say about a tax prep office but they do more than that! I’ve had bad experiences in the past so when i started coming here i was skeptical and right away Jeffrey and tonya put forth effort to put me at ease. It’s been three or four years and they are still just as eager to help, if not more than before. They answered every question i had about my taxes and even helped me with my business finance question when i started it. They treat both my daughter and i like family every time we come in and i definitely don’t plan to go anywhere else! If you want people you can trust this is where you should go!

I’m not one to leave reviews. But in this case, Pro Tax Service LLC - Snellville definitely deserves a positive review for their commitment to extraordinary customer service. When I call in, no matter who I speak with, they are always courtesy and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered. But what I love most is just how they make me feel. They really make me feel important, that my business means something and is special to them. And the results they’ve delivered be are well beyond what they promised in the beginning. As a said, I’m not one to leave reviews for any company, good or bad. But, I had to leave this one as I’m just so happy with my results and the service I’ve received. OUTSTANDING company to work with! I just can’t highly recommend enough.

When I received my refund i noticed it was 111 dollars short. I called up there at 9:47 am and was told they were busy and will call back. I did not receive a call so around 3:40pm I called back. when the lady at the front desk answered she tried to explain why I was charged three times more than the original discussed price. I did not under stand her so I asked to speak with the person who did my taxes. I was put on hold and told she would call me right back. I noticed they would be closing at 5 and I truly wanted to get to the bottom of the situation. I also was told I probably owed money and that was the reason. I called back around 4:15 because I did not want to wait forever to settle this. who I am assuming is the owner Jeffery answered the phone and began to yell at me saying I was being disrespectful, he said I was lying about the original price and was not being fair to them. he never let me speak. I simply wanted to know If I had owed money or not. after him talking over me the entire time he yelled into the phone he will give me a refund and he would never work with me again. I suggest he take customer services classes

I had a bad experience with Jeffrey White at Snellville Georgia location when he snapped at me and tell me that if I do not want to reschedule my appointment I can go somewhere else “period” as he stated. This happened after I reserved a call from the secretary one hour from my schedule time that “Jeffrey “ has emergency and wants me to reschedule, I told the secretary that I schedule this appointment one month in advance and really need to do my tax returns a soon as possible she puts me on holds two times and the Jeffrey White on the phone in un professional way with out asking a question said to “you giving my secretary a hard time because she asked you to reschedule? if you want to do so that fine if not go somewhere else period” I said I will reschedule but the secretary keeps going back and forth and finally gave me a date will not fit my need that when I decided to take my business somewhere else, but not far away.. to Lawrenceville location where Joshua did outstanding customer services
