I was having a terrible day and to make things worse my battery died and I was stuck in a random parking lot. I wasnt familiar with the area and just went alphabetically on google trying to get someone to help jump my car. After calling 10 other places and sitting in the 95 degree heat in a hot car for an hour, I finally reached Southern Belle Towing. I wish I had called them first! Kevin answered the phone and was there in less than 5 minutes to jump my car. He was very professional and helped me when so many other places didnt seem like it was worth their time to help me. Im so appreciative of how quickly he was able to come help me. It definitely helped brighten my day!

Needed help. Said they couldnt come out. Called another tow company. They come out right away. Driving through my neighborhood to go home. Saw SOUTHERN BELLE chatting with a neighbor. He was literally 2 doors from my house. I dont understand but its all good. Know who NOT to call when need a tow.

They towed my car on a Saturday. When I called they said they are closed on weekends so I could not get my car until Monday but of course they charge you per day. I had to pay $382 cash to get my car back. They said they were open 9-4 so I asked him if I could come on my lunch break. He agreed to meet me there. I called when I was on my way to confirm. When I got there he said he had to go tow a car in Brentwood so wouldnt be there until 12:30. Ended up waiting for over an hour for him. Very unprofessional. Such a scam of a business. He said he could not explain to me the breakdown of the $382 in charges.

I didnt catch the guys name but he was the nicest person with a kind heart. His customer service was amazing.

Landon was excellent! On time, professional, courteous, and I am pleased about the cost. I will use them again if I need to. My first choice going forward.

Memorial Day night 2021 I was backing out of my driveway not paying attention I guess and ran my car upon our concrete banister where the tile goes across the driveway. No way to get it off so I had to call a tow company for help. Did not have any ideal who to call for help so the first company I saw from googling was Southern Bell Towing. I called, a very polite gentleman immediately answered and said how can we assist you tonight. I told him what I had done, he said please txt me your name, address and any pics of the car. I did and within 20 minutes a man named Kevin I think was the name showed up and knew exactly what to do to get my car off the concrete slab without causing any damage to it. He performed his work very well and professional. He was so kind, thoughtful and the price to get my car back and free was very reasonable. In my opinion you could not find a better tow company than Southern Bell Towing.

Helped me unlock my girlfriends car the gentleman was very kind and helpful also he was very quick i highly recommend using his company for EVERYTHING

Sorry excuse for a company. Randy towed my car and destroyed my tire. Upon calling the owner (Jason Groves) he refuses to take responsibility for his sorry employees actions. Instead told me to take the issue to court. Now to the legal system and the BBB. I will not stand for this.

I called southern belle today and it has to be the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company.Car broke down and Hunter got to me in the side of 75 in about 15 minutes. We couldn’t find a place to look at my car and hunter refused to just drop me off somewhere. He referred me to a friend who happened to be a master bmw mechanic and drove way out of his way to take me there. I can’t thank southern belle and Hunter enough. Really great people and recommend to anyone in the area.

Awful service, vehicle was towed while i was out of the country. I tried sending my son to get vehicle but they wanted a power of attorny from me (i was in mexico) and they didnt want to accept a copy of it because its not the same. They wanted the original POA mailed to my son all the way from Mexico, they couldve easily accepted a copy but they knew what they were doing.They just wanted to stall so they could keep charging per day and get the most out of me knowing I was gone. If youre ever in my situation good luck getting your car back from these people.

My car broke down in a turn lane. The police arrived, and said I was actually in a lane of traffic. I have AAA but their time frame was 30-40 minutes. A driver from Southern Belle came by and asked If I would like him to pull the car to the side of the road to get it out of traffic. I said yes. He pulled the car to the side of the road and took off. I did not get a chance to ask his name or even thank him. He did this out of sheer kindness and generosity. I highly recommend them!

I didnt get the tow drivers name but he was very friendly and nice. I was stuck on the outskirts of Murfreesboro and my insurance company used Southern Belle for roadside service. Definitely will use them if I need towing outside using my insurance company and will ask for them directly if I do have to use my insurance company.

Dishonest pricing! They told me one price the nite I call and the next morning, after arriving a hour and a half late, they added an extra $100, while stalling the job to justify the cost. All the while I could have gotten the job done cheaper the nite before by a different towing company. I even provided all the required cribbing that was needed to do the job. I try to support local businesses but this one is off my list.

My car stopped and went crazy at around 730pm. The key wouldnt come out of the ignition nor would my windows go up or trunk would open. JARROD was my tow driver he stayed with me and went over and beyond what he had to do. I really appreciated him for that! Thank you Jarrod!

In the last thirty days, my car had to be towed to the shop twice for recall issues. Both times I utilized the services of Southern Belle Towing. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded. The guys were so helpful and professional even though I was freaking out a bit. Kevin and Tyler were both so great! This place is horrible. They refused to give me my car even though I showed proof of ownership. I had to retain a lawyer just to get my car back.

Where to begin? Maybe with the awful attitude I was given while inquiring if this company towed my vehicle after being parked for an hour. (I was parked on a residential street with no signs saying I was not allowed to park at the edge of the yard.) To the person who said they ensure proper notification before a vehicle is towed, NOPE! No sign. No warning. Just a large chunk of money for the release. Make sure you bring cash. No cards, no checks. We cant allow Uncle Sam to know our true income. On top of the cash only payment, No receipt was given even upon request.When I finally located the tow yard, I was told they were at lunch but someone was on the way to meet me. After approx 30 minutes of waiting, I called asking how long before someone arrived. The man yelled at me and said he will be there when he gets there and abruptly hung up!I work in the automotive industry. They are by far the most rude and unprofessional group I have ever encountered.

The experience was southern Belle is related to their connection with Florence Commons, a Yes Community. this company has been Fair they have followed the proper procedures for notifying people before cars are towed, and ensuring that they have proper authorization before Towing vehicles.All in all it seems like a very good company, based on those who are employed to hook and tow vehicles. I would call them if I needed a tow truck service. 👍

They towed my car with the sticker on and still charged me for towing it from my place, this guys will definitely take advantage of you, they are the worst. Not to mention the rude attitude.

Our car died on us as we were coming into town for a visit. It was pretty late on a weekend and our driver was very professional and quite personable! It was hard enough being in that situation but he made it much more pleasant and was very helpful! Thanks!!!

Jason was awesome! He got to me quickly, was able to jumpstart my car and recommended the best place to get a diagnostic check ran on my car! He saved me a ton of money!! Will definitely call them first if I ever need assistance again!!

I was expecting to wait at least an hour before the driver showed up... Not even close. It took 15 minutes from the time I scheduled. Kevin was very fast (took 16 minutes to unlock my car, turn off the alarm, and load it into the truck) not to mention he was awesome to talk to. 10/10

Ill tell you, Jason really helped us out. We wouldve had to wait an extra hour for a ride home. He made a call and decided to change the tire for us and got us on our way. Youre a Superhero man!!!
