The drive provided great services. He was very professional and tried very hard to not damage anything of the my Tesla Model 3. He called Tesla service center and we looked at youtube to figure out how to open the fronk and close the window before he towed the car away. He also sent me photos after he dropped the car at Tesla service center. It took whole day to get my car towed, but this is not his issue, i think Tesla needs to improve its service quality and resources.

I had a flat tire today and phoned Howards for a tow. They were busy and recommended Barrows Towing. Barrows subsequently made me wait over 3 hours, and then charged my $240 for a 1.2 mile tow.A warning to all potential customers out there, DO NOT EVER use Howards or Barrows. If Howards can recommend another company which has no morals and is happy to rip off their customers, then by association Howards is NOT a trustworthy business.I cannot stress this enough, NEVER EVER use this companies towing services. There are other options out there besides Howards or Barrows.These people have absolutely no issue with ripping their customers off financially.If I could give less than 1 star I would.REPEAT: NEVER EVER use this company for towing services. They will most likely rip you off the same as Barrows.

Didnt run into any issues. They took 30ish minutes when I was 11 min away which is a really good response time, from my experience with other towing companies. Price was also really good for the distance. Driver was very polite. :)

Getting a car towed is never fun, but the people at Howards were professional and friendly. Trevor did a fantastic job. I hope I neverrr have to use a tow service again, but if i have to, they are the ones i would use!

Dispatcher was super helpful and cheerful, Jose came 7 minutes early (& couldnt have been more helpful), and everything was efficient. Will definitely use again if Im ever in that situation.

If you commercial truck stay away from these people, they will tell you on price and will charge another. I used them to tow my truck(a car hauler) and they didnt even disconnect the drive shaft, and they damaged the cars that were on the trailer. The dispatcher told me that they will take care of the damage that they done, and when I called them back to arrange for somebody to come and fix it they told me that will not fix it, and that they not responsible for, even if driver signed on the invoice that he did the damage, very shady people

I was told the wait would’ve 30 minutes which is understandable because I’m only 2 miles from there shop. I had an appointment for my truck to be at a body shop but I missed my appointment because the truck never showed up. When I called back to see what was the issue they kept putting me on hold. Terrible service!!!!

Tremaine was a life saver!! My son drove his car into a ditch after skidding on a wet road. No one was hurt, but boy was he stuck! Tremaine pulled him out and then helped get a jump start and reset of the fuel line. He really went above and beyond to get us going again. It was late at night, but he was still friendly and courteous!

I was park at the race track at 1211 Thornton Rd, Lithia Springs, GA, 30122 on 02/18/2021 as I Stayed in my driver seat and watch the tow truck driver tow another truck out of a parking spot the tow truck guy told me I only have 4 hrs to park here and he would be back to tow my truck so unprofessional for someone that represent a company that is supposed provide a service.

Our van would not start and they were here in less than 30 from calling to tow it to the shop. Howards is the wrecker service we always call and reccomend! Thank you, Howards!

I personally do not know of their service, but they have a wonderful employee, Greg Matz, that was intentional today at showing the love of Christ during this busy Christmas season. My battery died while in carline at school. Greg in his wrecker truck was driving down Dallas Hwy and noticed my hood and another hood up, but we did not have jumper cables. He drove in without being called like an angel, cleaned up my very corroded battery, provided jumper cables, and then proceeded to call a battery parts store to price a new battery and then write down address and phone number since my phone was almost dead. All this for nothing in return. Greg, you are a good person and God was saying well done my good and faithful servant to you today. Thank you for being a blessing to me when others were too busy to notice my distress. Thank you for being intentional and thank you to Howards for hiring such a fine man for your team! He will bring you great reviews!

Recently, when my car which is totally paid off and I tell you I love having NO car payments left me stranded I turned to Howards and they really saved the day! My daughter and I were driving down Windy Hill heading home when my car just stopped, I was able to push it safely into a gas station but it was not going to go any further. I knew I had to get a ride home and my car towed. My daughter was with me and I knew I needed to call a safe and reliable towing service. Thats why I called Howards! They saved the day. The lady that took my call was nice and friendly, made sure I was safe and took very details notes about my car and my location. She dispatched a driver asap and I had someone by my side within 20 mins, thats what I call OUTSTANDING service! They took great care of my car and answered a few questions I had about them towing it. The driver was professional and patient as I had to get a few things about of the car. The truck was clean and had plenty of room for myself, daughter, and items from my car. They dropped me off at my home just a few miles down the road and then took my car to my mechanic. I didnt have to go with them, they coordinated the drop off with the garage. The whole company is fantastic and later I used their body shop when my NEW car got rear ended. They fixed the bumper better then new!

Hit and run today at 285 and 400. Wrecker #19 took it all the way up to the exit and when he decided he wanted in and I was in his way, he just hit me. Scrubbed his tire on my rear 1/4 panel and door then proceeded to blast his horn and swerve to intimidate me for not letting him in I guess. Menace, dangerous and unprofessional.

This was the best tow service Ive ever used, hands down. Unfortunately, I had to use their service when my husbands semi truck broke down. I had called a few other places and the lady that answered the phone quoted me a price that was $150 cheaper than the other places. She was very kind and polite. She let me know upfront the cost and that it would probably be around 2 and a half hours. I was stuck on the side of the road and couldnt get anywhere regardless, so I was totally fine with that. About 30-40 mins later, much to my surprise, Eric showed up to tow us home. He was professional and very friendly. He got us home safely and ran our card for the price we were quoted over the phone. I would 100% call them again and recommend their services to anyone! Thanks so much guys!

Our car broke down about 10 miles from our destination. Called Howards and they were there in less than 20min maybe quicker. Lamar did a great job getting the car loaded and dropped off at the dealership. Would highly recommend. Also, they told us a price and that is exactly what we were charged!!

Not sure why Cobb County Police have a contract with such a shady business. I was in an accident and they towed to Howards. Awful experience and even worse people work here. Price just keeps going up longer the vehicle stays. Rude on the phone and fail to mention they only accept cash until you show up. What kind of business only accepts cash. A SHADY ONE! They also threw all the debris, as in the bumper from the other car, in the back of my truck and left it.

Used Howards this Saturday. Im very pleased with their service. I had a flat tire on 285 and they came out within 35 minutes, which was the time I was quoted over the phone. Terrance was my driver and he handled my truck with care. Very friendly and professional. I will use them again.

Same issue as others. Quotes a price via phone, charges card. Cones and hooks up truck and on way to the drop driver informs that it’s going to cost more. Bait and switch. Attempt to talk to the poor office staff and the girl on the phone has the attitude and education of a toddler. After all said and done charge my card twice. There’s PLENTY of other honorable towing companies in the area.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CALLED AT 10:13AM ON AUGUST 29 FOR TOWING OF A WORK TRUCK. WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ABOUT HOUR AND A HALF. CALLED BACK 11:35AM AND WAS TOLD EMERGENCY CAME UP IT WOULD BE ANOTHER HOUR. CALLED BACK AGAIN AT 2:38PM AND WAS GIVEN MORE B.S. ABOUT MY SITUATION NOT BEING AN EMERGENCY AND IT WOULD BE WITHIN THE HOUR. I CALLED BACK AGAIN AT 3:41PM ASKED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN CHARGE AND ASK WHY I HAVENT RECEIVED SERVICE YET. AGAIN SHE STATED MORE B.S. AND TRIED TO REFER ME TO ANOTHER TOW SERVICE. I TOLD HER SHE SHOULD OF REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER TOW SERVICE AT 10:13AM. NONETHELESS SHE PROMISED ME MY TRUCK WOULD BE TOWED IN A HOUR. THEY DIDNT OFFER NO DISCOUNT FOR MY INCONVENIENCE TODAY. IF YOU NOT AN EMERGENCY THEY WONT RESPECT YOU AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. THE TRUCK DRIVER WAS COOL BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND FOR THAT I CANT RESPECT THIS COMPANY.

When I called yesterday to ask about pricing I was given a flat rate of 75 plus 3.50 a mile so I do the math then ask why I was charged more!The girl I was speaking to was rude then comes up with the bs excuse as to why I was charged double! For reference I was only 8 miles from when the tow truck had to pick me up and drop my car off!I ask to speak to the manager. She flat jout say no after I insisting she claims to have called left him a vm and sent him an email.I get a call this morning from what I would assume was him.I missed the call so I call back.I explain that I was just called and I need to speak with the manager because that’s who would have placed the call.The girl who picked up was rude and asked me 100 questions that I explained multiple times I would go over with the manager.He finally gets on the phone with an ATTITUDE! And I say to start with you can change your tone because I’m not being rude! THEN HE HANGS UP! I call again and finally just ask for the owners name.Phill Howard is the name I got when I asked if that’s who I was just speaking to I get hung up on again!If this is the service this place provides on a regular they should not be in business. I have yet to have my issue of overcharging resolved.

Great timing good service

The driver was great! He picked up a broken u-haul trailer that was not safe to tow and had it loaded in a couple of minutes. He even took the time to check the straps on the replacement u-haul trailer. Where I work we deal with alot of drives and he has been by far one of the best I have encountered.

Terrible! Recently, my work truck broke down and I hired Howard to tow my truck. When they towed it, tow truck driver removed axle which was unnecessary for towing. My truck was left at my shop and axle wasn’t placed back on truck, so I had to pay mobile mechanic to put axle back on, only to find out that damage had been caused to the screws on wheel as a result from axle removal. Owner of tow company would do nothing! The truck then needed to be towed to for initial mechanical repair, so I hired Howard again to tow truck so they could not blame initial towing damage on anyone else. While second tow truck operator unloaded my truck at mechanic’s shop, he scraped bottom of my truck in parking lot-ripping wiring out from truck as witnessed by mechanics. Howard owner refused to take any responsibility, refused to help compensate damages, and hung up phone on me during conversation. BEWARE!

Fast and affordable service

Last night about 8:50pm/9pm I had a driver (tag #: WQV022) almost rear-end me on Windy Hill. I was completely stopped at a redlight and he came up so fast on me I had to move and was almost in the intersection. After the redlight he was following me so close that when he sped around me I thought he was going to hit me. He never used a blinker the entire time going down Windy Hill, weaving in and out of traffic. He was probably going at least 60 in a 40/45. He also ran a redlight crossing over Atlanta Rd. in Smyrna.I called the wrecker company and the lady in the office didnt seem a bit concerned about his driving.I also read a review from a lady that had similar experiences with the same driver (same tag #).I hope you guys do something about his driving before he causes a serious wreck or hurts someone.

This is my third complaint with catching one of your drivers driving dangerously! A couple years ago on Macland I had one of your drivers tailgating me for no reason. I was doing at least the speed limit and he was so close to my back bumper, I just let off the gas and he proceeded to go around me and give me the middle finger and then cut me off and slam on his breaks. Then there was another incident in the same area (Macland/Barrett Pkwy) some time after that my husband witnessed-- similar situation of one of your drivers (perhaps the same one every time??). And then just yesterday, 8/30/18 at approximately 8:34am, my husband was on Barrett, approaching Dallas Hwy and one of your drivers (license plate was something like WQV022 or WOV022 according to my husband) was dangerously weaving in and out of busy morning traffic. This fool proceeded to drive down the entire length of the left turn lane that turns on to Dallas Hwy and then cut EVERYONE off at the light and go straight across Dallas Hwy instead of turning left. No signals. Just did it. And then managed to get to the car he was trying to get to only about 15 seconds sooner than he would have if he just waited in line with the rest of traffic. Thats really unacceptable and they themselves are going to cause an accident one day!

I have not used your service, but came across one of your drivers in traffic this morning. He initially turned left on Macland Rd from Powder Springs Rd while not in the turn lane and cut off those turning from the turn lane. He then tried to force his way over from the right lane to the left lane just before the light at Publix. When he realized he couldnt do that, he went into the right turn lane, stayed in the lane through the light and cut someone off in traffic just before the turn lane ended in front of BofA. He then forced his way into the left lane and eventually whipped in front of someone in the right lane to turn right on W Sandtown Rd. Aside from the blatant disregard for traffic rules, in no instance of switching lanes was there sufficient space to do so in a vehicle of that size. Im not sure if this person is just a terrible driver in general or if they were running late and decided that their lack of time takes precedence over the general publics safety and well-being. But either way, theyre lucky the drivers around them were paying attention. There were 4 instances that an accident could have been caused by your driver in just an appx 2mi stretch. I hope you are well insured because at this rate, you may need to file a claim soon.

Rude and drivers drive crazy on the road!!! Almost caused 5 accidents within 1.5 miles of driving. Whatever happened to safety at all times?

My car was involved in a accident and totaled on the scene. The Cobb county police department (officer Powell) is her name who I also spoke with and could not give me a good explanation of what was going on. Took it on theirselves to hire this shady wrecker service without my consent. I went to the main office to get my personal belongings and specifically asked about the process and if I would be charged to for this unexpected events and woman at the front desk advised me that there were no fees and I’ll I had to do is come up there once I had a tow truck to get it off the property. Two weeks later I finally was able to get a tow truck to pick it up and now there are saying I would have to pay 750 dollars that nobody advised me about to get my car. So I asked to speak to the owner or corporate and they were very reluctant to give me the information and said they don’t have a corporate office and the owner would call back. Finally when I finally received a call from him he was very rude and unprofessional about the situation and basically told me I had to pay the bill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE OFFICE IS FILLED WITH SHADY PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU IN AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION.
