I cannot brag enough about how awesome they were! They had to recover my vehicle from an accident & I needed to grab my personal items out & they were very prompt & helpful! Highly recommend!

I have a 98 Dodge Ram 2500 with a 10 inch lift and 40s that has the infamous crank shaft issue with walker products that keeps failing causing me to have to get my truck towed at times. I called and spoke with David. He was very prompt, great guy, and wasn’t scared to tow my truck like other tow companies are then try to up charge for the size of the truck. David dropped off my truck at my apartment complex and got it nice in a parking spot so nobody would complain. I will be using this company each time I need a tow! David is definitely a stand up guy and has my business going forward.

Driver was on time, and worked quickly. He was very nice and efficient with his work. He offered a very fair price, better than 5 other companies we called, to tow from Mt. Juliet to Murfreesboro. Great service at a great price! We definitely use this company for any future towing.

I was stranded in Smyrna after my truck wouldn’t start, 70 miles from home. A friend took me home and I called towing companies the next day. R&R was wonderful! Dave towed my truck to my home for a reasonable price. It arrived without a scratch on it. Hopefully, I’ll never be stranded again but if I need something towed, these are the folks I will call, and I’ll only be making 1 call.

If you are googling Tow near me like I was at 8pm at night, stop. These folks were quick and, more importantly, accurate with the time estimate. Super friendly and accommodating. I cant imagine anything anyone else could do to provide a better tow experience. Needless to say I was pleased enough to actually leave a review online.

They said they would arrive in an hour...they did! I’m highly appreciative of the kindness, and quality of help and care I was given as well. Thanks guys! 9/10 would recommend!!!!

If I dont make a mistake, his name is david. The guy with really bad attitude. I asked him if I can pay with the business check, and he was like CASH ONLY. I tried to explain him that I dont have cash with me but I have business check which everywhere accept it, but he was repeating CASH CASH CASH. Im not sure if he is the owner of that business, but anyways I had really bad experience.

R & R is the only wrecker and towing service company I will use. After bad experiences with other companies, I started using R & R and have used them for the past 15 years. They are prompt, priced reasonably, and have the best customer service ever.

Horrible experience. Incredibly rude, deliberately difficult and unhelpful. Tow 24/7, but lot is only open 9-4, and good luck finding anybody there. Exorbitant prices. Charged 85$ for cleanup at the scene. I watched the firefighters clean up after the accident, not this tow company, which is fraud. Encourage you to leave your car there to run up the bill to get a bigger payout. Go anywhere but here. Youre better off driving a wrecked car than calling this company.

The driver that showed up was one of the cleanest tow truck driver I’ve ever seen said he would be there with in the hour and showed up with in 15 min after the initial call to the company got the car loaded and got me to the place I needed to go truck was clean and just like the info said on the internet you are treated like family I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a tow in the Smyrna Tn area somewhat a little costly but you will get top notch 5 Star service with this company

My Ford Fusion was rear ended and towed to this facility. This company went out of their way explaining to me what would happen with my claim. They even told me NOT to use my son’s car seat since it was now deemed unsafe. If you ever need a tow or are in an accident please call them.
