Had a great experience getting my hair cut here! Enrique provided perfect customer service and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Best haircut I’ve had in Miami and across the world as I travel a ton. He even made me a nice coffee to go before I left! This is definitely the Spot to get a hair cut!

I was lucky enough to be able to schedule a last minute appointment with Enrique at the downtown location. My haircut came out great and Enrique couldn’t have been nicer. During the haircut they’ll offer additional services like cleaning up your eyebrows or nose hair(I did both). I was under the impression they were quick services included with the haircut, but after I left I received an email saying they adjusted my bill an additional $25 for those two services. I found this weird because when I was going to leave I asked if I owed them any money or if what I already paid online was good and they said I was good to go. I get it, especially since the nose hair service turned out to be wax, but I wish that was a little more transparent. Maybe a small list of all services at each station would be helpful in cases like this. There was also something about just charging my card without letting me know that didn’t feel great. Obviously this isn’t Enrique’s fault, just the way The Spot does business. All in all I will definitely go back to Enrique for another cut next time I’m in town and you should too.

Located in the heart of Downtown Miami this barber shop was a welcome find. Staff are very friendly and efficient, store is clean and very modern. Haircuts start from $35 but include lots of other little luxuries. Haircut felt and looked really good. Very pleased.At present (April 2021) appointments are required and payment made up front. No cash accepted in store.

I was admired by the barbers way of doing my haircut. He was very accommodating, nice, and careful. Besides, their shop was a very good place to ask service, for it was clean, comfortable, and stylish. Even the owner of the shop was very nice and entertaining. My husband has been going to Clara at The Spot since we moved to Brickell several years ago. We have even moved from Spot to Spot location for her specifically. She always provides an excellent experience and her haircut is always on point. She takes time with each client and leaves you feeling like a million bucks. She fits us in with a fast & easy appointment and sometimes last minute appointments. She is super friendly, provides a great cut, and the place is very nice inside PLUS there is a BAR!!! Hello that is awesome!!!. Highly recommend the Spot and of course Clara, who is simply the best!!!! I love to accompany my Husband there so we can talk him into a little man waxing (Ears and nose) TRY it if you havent already!

Very friendly and courteous. As a walk in customer they scheduled me an appointment within an hour. They offered me drinks. They were very respectful. The barbers are very professional and respectful.

Great spot for a quick cut! I was visiting in town and booked a last minute cut with Mitchell who did probably top 3 fades I’ve had done. He cut the fade exactly the way I asked, tapered the back perfectly, kept the levels only as high up the sides as I described. Great conversation as well. Full wash and style with product afterwards. Plus the hostess had a coffee ready for me as I was leaving! Highly recommend this spot- and if you need a solid fade ask for Mitchell.

Visited from.out of town. Haircut was on point. They know their craft. Fade, trim down and outline low beard and moustache and a path. At the end they gave a little massage near the shoulders and neck with a machine. Ended up paying near $60.

I dont think 5 stars is enough to express my thanks to Mitch.He is not a hairdresser, he is an artist. He combines his learned skills and techniques with true love for his work. Really understand your concerns about your hair, it proposes you the styles or arrangements of your hair that are most suitable for your look. He takes care of every detail and that makes Mitch much more than a good professional as I have rarely seen in my life.

Mitch saved the day. Im new to Miami and have a bald head and a beard and handlbar mustache that isnt common down here. I took a chance with any Barber when making my appointment. It was clear the barber I got wasnt too experienced in beard trims, especially as full as mine. He even mentioned, Ive never seen a beard as full as yours before. He was very nice and pleasant, but just could not execute the trim I needed. As much as he tried, it was not getting better. I appreciated when he had me go over to Mitch to fix it. Mitch was super professional and got my beard looking better. While its a lot shorter than I wanted it because of the previous barber, it looks great now. I will be back, but ensure I will book specifically with Mitch.

Stopped by to get a hair cut. Barber was available. Looked at me and decided he didnt want to cut my hair. This has never happened to me before. Totally unprofessional and will never set foot in this barbershop again.

They’re a bit heavy handed on the ‘god is good’ slogan, but i had a good experience here nonetheless. it was the first time i felt comfortable and confident getting my haircut in miami which is unusual for a non-spanish speaker.the haircut was solid, the attention to detail was impressive, and the extra components were quite nice (handheld massager, razor shave). also, the price isn’t insane, which is noteworthy for a barbershop in miamiwill go back again when i need another cut.

Just received what is absolutely, positively the best haircut Ive ever had. I typically cut my own hair because it has been my experience that barbers and/or hairstylists dont fully understand what I want, despite all the effort I put into explaining it to them. Well, Mike, man youre a total pro. Super dialed into exactly the look I want, a look that is a million and one leagues beyond what I could ever accomplish on my own. Today was my second visit in a row, the first being two weeks ago. The first gentleman who cut my hair (sorry man, I forgot your name) was a total pro as well, hence my returning to the shop! The entire operation is on another level. You must check this place out! Cheers.

Went in there for a hair cut. Hair cut wasn’t bad went to get my nose wax and I got the whole inside of my nostril skin ripped off took two weeks to heal and the barber acted like nothing happened.

No way. I feel like in home depot. People barely speak to you. They look at you from top to bottom when you come in.

Amazing, best barbershop experience ever. Been going to “salons” for decades because barbers were usually low-end experiences. Not here. Bar, coffee, soda pop, water - all complimentary. And the barbers are excellent, truly professional, amazing attention to detail - their experience & dedication to the art is apparent.

I’m literally writing this review while sitting in the shop. I am not from Miami and needed a place to clean my husband up. We were able to walk-in, the gentlemen were very nice, and groomed exceptionally well. They do welcome walk-ins but appointments are catered to first. Not sure if the prices are high or not since I don’t get haircuts lol but I’m sure it is worth it. They really look like they take care of their clients. I would definitely recommend them. My husband is all cleaned up and looking delicious!!!!

Super pleased with my experience at The spot barbershop... as soon as you walk in your greeted by their hostess “Karina” she’s extremely welcoming and offers you a complimentary Drink I had her Cuban coffee and boy does it compete with the local restaurants... must have ... My appointment was at 1:30 with “ Chris” ..Honestly 1st barbershop that doesn’t keep me waiting, I’m so use to having to wait 30min to an hour after my appointment it was extremely pleasant that I didn’t have to wait and he was ready on time .. to add to the experience Chris has gifted hands .. Understood exactly what I wanted and delivered ... was extremely knowledgeable on what hair product were best for my hair and offered me some hair care products they have in house ... if your looking for an very experienced barbershop with a great environment this is the place to go to... P.s they even give you a hair wash at the end of the hair cut to ensure you leave the barbershop spot less.. definitely returning ...

A fantastic barbershop experience. Classic chairs and ambiance in this barbershop give this place an old time barbershop feel with modern features such as a cappachino machine. Popular music, friendly barbers, and a great haircut are to be had. Josh gave me a FANTASTIC high and tight skin fade (thoughly impressed).That being said, the sticker shock of a haircut will keep me from being a regular customer ($30 for a regular cut). My hair grows far too fast (3 weeks in-between cuts) for me to justify the steep price point here. If your hair grows a bit slower, Id overwhelming reccomend the spot
