Really enjoy the pool, its always nice and clean.

Club needs some upgrades with newer eqipment, the pool needs some work as well as the hours arent the best and the streets are filled with potholes. We love the neighborhood and neighbors but Fred Smith certainly needs an overhaul on what conditions that all the amenities should be at all the properties, not just a few. This neighborhood gets overlooked a lot due to the shape its in.

I like this place a lot. It has most of the equipment of a normal gym. The amount of people in the gym can vary depending on the time of day.My cons would be the equipment condition and the pool. The equipment is sometimes out of order. One 5ime when I used the pool, I found a band-aid in the pool as well as an earring.This rating is mostly for the gym.

Clean and not overly busy. This is part of the Riverwood membership club and is probably the smallest and least busy facility, making it my favorite!
