This place have nice equipments, if you are working out to gain muscle you should come here. it is a step up from planet fitness.

Lots of great equipment. Love the 24/7 membership as I workout early most days.It’s a great gym for those dedicated to being fit as there is literally no judgement.

Love going here because its always clean, machines and equipment is open and not packed and its open 24 hours. Tanning beds work great, towels always ready, and they have what you ask for.The owner treats everyone the SAME and no special privileges like a few think they are owed. Wendy is great but like any other business owner (myself included), you do them wrong and you will make them mad.They have cancel anytime, contract or pay monthly specials.

I tried it yesterday. The place is clean and big, the owner Wendy is very nice. I am not giving it 5 stars, just because their stretch area is very small, and on a passage way, kind of. I am an avid yogini, and like to stretch, and twist after my workouts, and felt that the area was inadequate for that. Nonetheless I would recommend this gym a 100%.

I have literally been going to this gym since 2009 I went from a scrawny little kid to winning two bodybuilding shows at this gym and help to Wendy (the owner) with numerous things like saving her PC when it crashed and I knew everybody in the gym. And I moved to Florida about two years ago and I come back for the first time in 2 years and want to train with my mentor in bodybuilding for 2 days and she wants me to pay full price $20 for 2 days. The facility itself is pretty good. But the owner Wendy is a coldhearted selfish delusional person. Who has sat in her own delusion and her own thoughts of reality for so long that shes pretty inconsiderate of the people that made her who she is today. Would not recommend unless you like paying way to much and waiting 2.5 years to fix the sauna.

My wife. Ive been going to body fit for 4 years now. We have done our research checked out other gyms between Smithfield in Garner. This one has become a second home, Wendy is great, the equipment is always available, and its never too crowded.

Wide range of weights and equipment. A 1 day pass is $7. Pretty great for someone like me just passing through, and Id join if I still live there.

Loved working out here convenient location 24 hour access clean and Wendy is so nice. They also have tanning beds everything in one place !!

I’ve been going to this gym on and off for about 2 years. The past 6 months to a year this place has been going downhill. It started off with blocking off the room which is now for cross fit, then adding equipment when there clearly wasn’t room for it, then adding that herb place which made everything in there constricted and close together. Not really a comfortable environment to work out in. Needless to say I wish there was a planet fitness in Smithfield 🤷🏽‍♀️

I came in a couple of weeks ago in the afternoon, I was astonished by the way the owner talked over the phone to people yelling, all kinds of bizarre behavior. The gym was empty, the equipment was sub standard and the owner at the desk is scary, I am not sure whether she possibly has a drug problem or that is how she is. I noticed her treatment of customers and other people, needless to say I wont be back.

Huge gym. Never have to wait for equipment or cardio. DISCOUNTS for teachers! Students! Medical staff! Military! Seniors! County employees! I joined with a friend and we only had to pay 30/mth and our tanning is free because TANNING IS FREE FOR ALL GYM MEMBERS!? Who does that? Plus adding my girlfriend was only $15 extra a month and FREE TANNING TOO! Protein shakes and drinks are mixed right there. Affordable, friendly and clean. I cant wait for classes to start and to become a member at cross fit, thats in the same building! They are going $30 off cross fit memeberships if you are a member of the gym.
