They have a new front desk guy. Ive been going there once a month for a year. I was in there today and the new guy went out of his way to insult me twice in five minutes, then quoted me a price $40 above what they did the same work for last month. I said nothing, drove 50 yards across the street to the tire place next door who gladly accepted my business. Do yourself a favor. Go next door.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They always fix the problem and if I have to bring it back again, they dont charge if its something that they missed

Ive only ever had safety inspections done here but it seemed decent enough. However, the past two times I went I was told the mechanic wasnt in. Whats frustrating is that I asked and confirmed with the guy at the desk that the mechanic would be in on my next visit. Low and behold, I show up and get the same story. Mechanic not in.

Gave us a real good price on replacing rotors on my truck.

Good price on tires but do not let them give mechanical advise or work on your truck. I came up there to get tires balanced, they told me that I needed to have tie rod ends inner and outer, control arms, ball joints, pittman arm, idler arm, and idler arm assembly over $2,500 dollars worth of parts and labor. Ended up one tire was out of balance 8 oz. They will look for problems you dont have. Do not trust them.

First of all, I am not one to take time to write many reviews. This certainly deserves time and attention.On 6/22/16, we were on our way driving from PA to Orlando for our family vacation. Unfortunately, our vehicle broke down on the highway. It was early morning and already hot. We have already been driving about 8 or more hours. After the van broke down, our kids have been sitting in the hot van for about an hour before we made contact with a towing company. Where we waited the traditional hour or so before they arrived. In the meantime, between the 6 or 7 good Samaritans stopped to try to help us. Each of them, along with the referral by our roadside assistance and affirmation by the tow company, they all suggested Brightleaf Tire and Auto as their first choice.Once we got to the shop, we were promptly greeted and told us that they would look at it right away. Talk about understanding! They knew we were not from the area and tried to help get us back on the road as soon as possible. I went outside to pace around and sure enough, I saw the technician already looking over our van! They kept me updated every step of the way and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They found issue, got the part they needed and got it running again. Quick, friendly and honest at fair price!Unfortunately we are not from the area, otherwise we would definitely choose them for all our automotive needs! Still, we highly recommend their services if you are passing through the area or even from the area to check them out. We were not disappointed and very happy with their local service!

Friendly helpful staff

They changed my tire last year. They used an already worn out tire and didnt even screw in my lug nuts onto the tire tight enough. Service needs serious improvement
