Evan did a quick assessment of a fledgling rear-end noise in my Mercedes on a drive down to Fl from NY. No waiting even though busy. Immediately characterized the problem...my time constraints didnt allow me to leave the car...but he assured my peace of mind and off I went. They Need to make sure fluids is filled back up into customers cars knowingly a car lost fluids. Some of my parts that had to come off under my hood that was supposed to be put back on, was left on my windshield and oil was left all over on my seats and the inside roof After working on my car. First and LAST time for sure.
