GREAT responsive and professional auto repair service. My family and I were traveling on i95 when our air conditioning quit on a hot summerday. Alex was able to immediately get us in, stayed late, fix our air conditioning and get us back on the road in less than 2 hours! We were super fortunate to find import auto repair, as for they have good prices, good service, and care about their customers.
My husband and I broke down on 95 south and we were towed to this company! They had us in and out in a decent time. The staff was amazing. Very inviting and patient with us as we had our 13 month old son with us! Thank you so much!
AVOID!!! This place should be closed down! The owner gets parts from junk yards to tinker with cars, and when he screws up your car, he denies everything, and HIDES. Just ask people around town. He charges WAY too much, and has hired people on drugs to work on cars. I will not go into detail about what he did to my car, but he took my money and ruined it. You have been warned! He is a charmer and takes advantage of people, especially women! Youve been warned.
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.. I broke down on I95, was towed to the shop and the guy were very nice, however it took them 2 months to replace the engine I get the car back and it did not run right. I let the owner Alex know this and he just blew it off. Well 2 week of having the car the engine went again. A local shop found a piece of the engine block broke off. Because the warranty on the engine I was forced to take it back to them. It has now been another 2+ month as and they are not even working on it. Next step is legal/court.
My family and I had electrical issues with our Mercedes during a bad storm yesterday and Alek Trajanovski was more than willing to help. He stayed longer than needed to see that our vehicle was ready and helped us get back on the road. Both he and his staff are polite and helpful, not to mention their facility is clean and well-maintained.
Half way through a 10 hour drive up 95 our tire pressure warning came on. Knowing we had a slow leak, we quickly googled tire repair and called Car Service of Four Oaks before we even exited the interstate. They agreed to have a look. Within 4 minutes of arrival they had the bad tire off and nail pulled out. 10 minutes more and it was patched and back on the car. This service experience was the closest Ive ever seen to a NASCAR pit stop.. in and out in 20 minutes and it cost less than lunch for 2 at McDonalds. Thanks, Alexander! Highly recommended.
Thank you guys so much for help our family when we broke down on I95! After calling 10+ places you were the only ones that were still opened to help us. You fixed us up and we were able to head back to PA. I cant thank you enough for getting us taken care of when we were in a bind. You had the part order and had us fixed up. Thank you!
I took my 05 benz here recently to checked for oil leak and get oil change. My check engine light was NOT on when i took it. They determined no leak and changed the oil as well as replaced so hoses/lines. They then told me I neeeded new spark plugs. I told them i was going to wait in spark plugs and fine with just oil change. They some how broke 1 of the spark plugs and claimed to have fixed it. When i got my car back my brakes were tight and very hard to use and my check engine light was on!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! What was supposed to be just and oil change and changing hoses cost me $900
I was on a long road trip and my Land Rover was overheating and leaking coolant. I ran into Josh, a good Samaritan and former employee of Import Car Service in the Walmart parking lot, he diagnosed my issue and put me in touch with Alek. Alek was kind enough to meet me on a Sunday and install a new water pump and get me on my way. Recommended.
Alek and his team are super knowledgeable when it comes to import cars. He was able to fix problems I was having with my Volkswagen that even the dealership wasnt able to identify when I brought it in on several occasions over a year. When I got my car back it ran like new again. Before I brought my car to Alek I knew that I was going to need to replace the transmission, but I refused to fix it even though Alek made me a reasonable offer to put in a used transmission. When my car broke down this weekend, Alek was willing to purchase the car from me and towed it to his shop with no extra charge. He also drove out of his way to bring me my license plate and test drive the car I was looking at purchasing.Imports Car Services customer service is above and beyond which is not something you find often and the teams more knowledgeable on import car repair than even the dealerships. I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else now.
Do not for any reason take your vehicle here, all dozen times i have taken vehicles here not only have they charged me as much as an actual franchise dealer but they have done terrible work which i then end up taking it to the franchise dealer to fix at my cost, Owner disappeared three weeks ago and is no where to be found all people who left their vehicles with him and have no spare keys are pretty much out of luck unless they go to the get ahold of the property owner to see if she can help stay away go strait to bmw or mercedes etc for you work
