I do not recommend this company. We’ve had insurance with them for a year and a half. When it was coming time to renew my policy, we decided to go with another insurance company. This decision was based solely on price, until I went to cancel the policy we held with Allstate, they refused to cancel our policy until we sent our new ID cards for the new company. This is completely NONE of their business and disgustingly intrusive. This is also when I experienced their customer service. My stomach turns at how awful it was.... do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Freddie and his staff have been exceptionally amazing. Jennifer is always pleasant to talk to, and she handles everything for me at the drop of a dime. I can always count on her.
