I shopped around for hours seeking quotes and looking for the best possible deal. One insurance company had a quote that was so appealing that I had them lock it into the system, ready for me to pay. Right as I was about to commit I received a call from US Agencies. At this point I was fed up with the insanely overpriced quotes that I was receiving. The insurance corporations with the false advertisement that claimed low prices were sometimes double, and almost triple, of what I am paying now. I am highly pleased and grateful for this organization which provides insurance for my vehichle.

Mrs. Brandi was outstanding. Took time and checked out several companies to save me money for my renewal I was extremely pleased. She was extremely courteous and polite and told me last time when it came closer to renewal to come on in so I was very pleased that I did. I called in 12/3/2018 to renew my insurance and was transferred three times. The last transfer was to the Louisiana office where I received the best customer service for 2018. As soon as I met Ms.Brandi I made Slidell USAgencies my home to go car insurance company. I dont care what part of town or city I am in at the moment. I make sure to go out my way to come to see her to get the best service possible.

There is a woman there named Brandi last name starts with a M. She is very kind and helped me through my frustration of trying to buy a new car! she is great. I recommend this place to anyone!

Price was cheap. Other than that been nothing but problems. Been lied to been told misinformation. For instance when renewing your policy I will ask if I can keep same due date due to me paying all my bills at once. They say yes no problem when the payment comes its 6 days earlier so I therefore go to pay it late and get flags on my license. They also forget to put my sr22 on the Policy which causes me to have to take off work and go to dmv. My payments have also doubled because of the things mentioned above. Also was told when my car broke that I could just cancel insurance no repercussions. Another lie. Which again made me take off and go to dmv. I do not recommend at all I will cancel as soon as sr22 is over.

Arnold is the best insurance agent ever

The agent in the office, Arnold Fredricks is the most rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful agent I have ever encounter. After first denying there were any discrepancies, and continued rude comments before actually looking into the problem, he realized that there was indeed a discrepancy. Even after identifying the there was a problem on his end, he refused to contact the DMV to rectify the mistake saying he was not tying up his phone line to take care of this. He went on to deny services or offer assistance on a mistake that was made on the companys end, not the customers. When asked when I could come back to see if the problem was fixed, he said that he would call me, dont come back until he did.Please beware of this agency, as if this is normal practice, how can one ever know their matters are properly taken care of? He was obnoxious, belligerent, and condescending, and a host of other adjectives. His lack of professionalism and failure to provide even moderate customer service has been lost on this agent. He has lost a customer for life.I have never received such unacceptable service in my life. I have contacted the parent office, filed a formal complaint, and I am in the process of finalizing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, I have contacted the Department of Motor Vehicles of Louisiana and they will be opening full investigation into this matter. After several attempts to contact him to find out the status, he has refused to give any feedback or further assistance.

I have chosen one star because I did not have an option to choose -0-. Arnold Fredrick/s who presented himself as the manager is a very poor representative for the face of US Agencies Insurance. I had the unfortunate opportunity of encounter with this man who, immediately after introducing myself, began to impose endless rants of be-littling, unprofessional conversation to me, (of which I did not witness from interactions with other patrons who were not Brown people. I was sent around in circles without resolve and then told by Mr. Arnold that he was not going to tie up his line in his office trying to call the carrier and that I had to move from his desk while he assisted other customers (as if I was not a customer). I did not, however, engage in back and forth rhetoric because it was apparent to me that he wanted to bate me into a confrontation with him so that he could label me as an angry Black woman. I attempted to file a formal complaint with the regional office. I have been told that my information will be given to the supervisor, I wait their call..

Every time I go in, He is on the phone helping customers.While 3 people sat waiting to get insurance in the office... He said I have to do so many phone calls to meet his quota... We just sit while he answers call after call!!

I have been a customer of US Agencies for a long time. Arnold has handled my account since I have been in Slidell and has been an absolute pleasure. My husband and I would not like to deal with anyone else.
