Terrill and his staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!! We moved here to Louisiana and had to have all our insurances transferred. Amanda answered every question we had and explained the differences between our previous policies and what we needed here. We also met Terrill and Chris (Go Bears!). We appreciate all their help and making the transfer smooth and easy. Will definitely recommend their office!!!

Had such a great experience working with Terrill. After just moving to Slidell and purchasing my first car, he made the auto-insurance process extremely easy and affordable for me. If I could give zero stars I would! He & his staff have given incorrect information to myself and daughter for many years! He & his staff do NOT monitor files as they state they will! I ALWAYS have to find out thru underwriting and call just to get a call back days later! Very dishonest & unreliable!
