Not sure why it wont post my name or picture, but I am Michelle Cook and this agency has no idea what they are doing. My son totaled his car and this agency messed up so much paperwork that I had to go to Corporate to get it straightened out. The last thing they just did is take money out of my checking account when I have it set up for me to pay when I have the money to pay for renters insurance. When you have a policy if you dont pay it gets cancelled which is what I wanted. They said it canceled, but they took it upon themselves to reinstate it after two months werent paid, they took the two months money out of my checking account without even asking and a few days later, a check bounced because it was counting on that money to be in there and I was charged $31.00 by my bank for a NSF fee.THEY STOLE MY MONEY.... The worst agency ever and Im a real estate agent that has worked with numerous companies. Ive reported them to my bank, now the police department and the insurance commission. No one goes in my checking account and takes money out without me knowing and not be charged with STEALING. Well Mr. Clark Haner will find out that you cant STEAL peoples money.I had to put 1 star but I would have put none if I could. There are too many other companies out there to go with. I dont recommend this company at all to anyone. So incompetent. The absolute worst insurance agency ever.

Horrible experience with the last person I spoke to . Was very disrespectful, rude and disgusting! I was also lied to and was called and liar in so many words. I will not use this agent again nor recommend anyone else to!

Absolutely incompetent company. My policy was cancelled due to non-payment even though my payments were automatically drafted from my bank account. On top of that I wasnt notified that my policy was going to be canceled until a week after it was canceled and then owed fines to the DMV for a lapse in insurance. Seems to me nobody at this place is on the same page buyer beware.

Dealing with insurance is often a confusing experience, one that we hate to do. But recently we decided to seek a quote from Allstate and contacted the Clark Haner Agency. They were attentive, knowledgeable and prompt. Stephanie in the office could not have been more helpful. I would absolutely recommend Allstate, and this agency in particular, to everyone.
